Welcome 2012 to the First Baptist Church of Bainbridge.

As you come to join us, you will need to hit the ground running. Much is planned for the church year and all is getting started in January. On January 13 - 15 we will host the family of Brian and Regina Steward. Brian is coming to First Baptist in view of a call as the Minister of Youth and College. A full weekend of activities are planned to allow you to meet Brian and his family. Please see the schedule listed in this Builder. January 29 through February 1 has been set aside for a time of Revival meetings. Rev. Troy Fripp will be preaching and Rev. Benny Boggus will be leading the music. Neither one can bring revival nor cause revival. Revival will come when you and I fall before the Lord and seek His face and turn to Him. In preparation for our revival meetings, I am asking for volunteers to host Cottage Prayer meetings in their home. This can be done the week before the services begin. Please contact the church office to let us know your willingness to do this. We resume our regular services this Sunday. I look forward to seeing you in Sunday School and worship. If you have participated in: mens or ladies choirs, ensembles, solos, Sunday School class choirs, Shockwave, Chancel Choir or Saints Alive, I want you in the REVIVAL CHOIR. Saturday, January 28 will be our kick-off dinner and initial rehearsal with our Music Evangelist and my friend, Benny Boggus. Lord, send a revival , and let it begin in me.
