Here are some points we have to form a team:1. Our team will consist of members from all the years of chemical branch and any other branch

also( if they are interested). All those who feel enthusiastic about the society can come and be a part of this team. 2. Since we r just in the initial phase of the establishment of our society, we will be having some membership feeand what should be the amount for it, that we have to decide. For that we have two suggestions y Either to keep same amount of fee for all the members y Or to keep different amount for different year students like more amount for 1st year, less for 2nd year, lesser for 3rd year and least for 4th year. Then after running the society for 1 year, we can devise more methods of fee for new members and already existing members. ( so we need suggestions on this point that how to devise the fee structure) 3. Once the team is formed, then all the decisions will be taken by conducting meetings and going with the majority decisions which will surely be approved by our observer and mentor.

y Allocation of posts:-

Now, the next major thing is to allocate the posts to students to ensure the smooth functioning of the society because giving various responsibilities to different people will ensure division of work and smooth functioning of the society. The method we would like to follow for the allocation of posts is INTERVIEW SESSIONS which will be open for everyone to ensure unbiasedness in the posts selection and undertaken by our faculty advisors.It may comprise both boys and girls from every year. The proposed posts are:President (4th year) Vice-president(3rd year),two secretaries(a boy and a girl) Coordinators(2nd year) Volunteers (1st year) Treasurer (3rd year along with the mentor)

These are some of the authenticated posts we have thought about. The nominees would be duely informed with a notice the dates for the interviews. Well, apart from these posts, there are various other responsibilities to be hold by the students like:y 1 team comprising both boys and girls of every year will be made responsible for making of webpage. y To conduct various events which will be planned after the team formation, different teams will be made. Chance-wise all the members will be given a chance to conduct events throughout the semester. y One team will be made responsible for the enewsletter work. They will be capturing all the events and will be writing articles about all the events and activities done under the society. This team will comprise of editorial board and designers etc. many people will get chance under this team. y One team will be made responsible to contact the alumni and invite them to our college to conduct the seminars of the alumni.

y One team will be given the task of sponsorship. y One team will be made responsible to contact industrial people, to invite them in our college for guest lecture and to conduct industrial trips. y One team will be made responsible to take care of certificates and awards which will be rewarded to winners of the various activities. This is how everyone will be able to participate and conduct some work in the society and feel proud to be a member of chemical society. Now, the next thing is how to bring the society into picture. For that we have planned an INAUGURAL CEREMONY. We want to have a cultural programme for inauguration which will include vandana, dance, music, play etc. and the members of our society only will participate in the programme. It is seen many people come to witness the cultural events so this way our society will come well into picture. Then just after that, we will start with our activities and for that we have planned the seminar of Prof.N.J.Rao to start with. That will be very influential will have a good impact on our society.

Then we have the idea to conduct general quiz with exciting prizes to pull the crowd towards our society. So, this is the entire idea we have to come up with our society. Then other ideas which we can implement in our later activities are as follows:y Having presentations and technical talks y Publishing papers and researches done by our eminent faculties and also the project work done by 4th year students to motivate other years how to excel in this branch. y Having interactive sessions to create awareness among students about the future perspectives of our branch And many other events.

Some other ideas which we would like to get approved are:y We want to start an environmental society in collaboration with our chemical society where we will make people aware of environmental aspects. y We can conduct interactive sessions and rallies to make others aware of environmental issues and

celebrating various environmental days with great zeal like earth day etc. y Some short plays can also be conducted to bring the awareness in this way and many more ideas can be implemented. And we propose to make a different environmental team who will take care of all these issues. So, this is the gist of everything we have thought till now.
