Building on the foundation established by GT Advanced Technologies to offer redefining, cost-effective polysilicon manufacturing solutions, our product line is expanded to include an Integrated Gas Feed and Heat Exchanger Module. This equipment is integral to the efficient operation of the GT Advanced Technologies chemical vapor deposition (CVD) reactor and is compatible with all reactor and converter designs. The module with its pre-programmed PLC, controls incoming reactant and purge gas flows, as well as the out-going gas flows.
