1.0Objectives
1.1 1.2 To troubleshoot sites which are experiencing weak signal coverage. To provide optimum signal coverage.

2.0Scope of Activity
2.1. Preparations of CDMA BTS Antennas and delivery to corresponding site. 2.2. Pre-drivetest. 2.3. Conducting of RX Level (received signal) measurements using BWL unit on various test points prior to the troubleshooting/change-out/cut-over activity (to be identified and performed on site by Network Operations). 2.4. Recording of results of RX Level (received signal) measurements. 2.5. Installation of new CDMA BTS antennas (3 sectors). 2.6. Blocking of existing site per sector. 2.7. Actual CDMA BTS antenna troubleshooting/change-out/cut-over per sector. 2.8. Conducting of test calls using BWL unit. 2.9. Conducting of RX Level (received signal) measurements using BWL unit on various test points after change-out/cut-over activity (to be identified and performed on site by Network Operations). 2.10. Recording of results of RX Level (received signal) measurements. 2.11. Post-drivetest and site optimization.

5.0 Order of Work

Activity 1. Prepare/ship all the CDMA BTS Antennas and ancillaries needed for the change-out/cut-over activity. 1.1. 3 CDMA BTS antennas and ancillaries (brackets, rubber tapes and electrical tapes) for CDO004BRGY.KAUSWAGAN 1.2. 3 CDMA BTS antennas and ancillaries (brackets, rubber tapes and electrical tapes) for CDO015BUGO 2. Conduct pre-drivetest activity. 3. Conduct RX Level (received signal) measurements using BWL unit on preidentified various test points on site (test points to be identified on site by Operations) 4. Record RX level (received signal) measurements results. 5. Install 3 new CDMA BTS Antenna beside existing 3 CDMA BTS Antenna (ensure that azimuths are the same with the existing antennas) 6. Blocking of Sector 0 and cut-over from existing to new CDMA BTS Antenna 7. Unblocking of Sector 0, check for any alarm. Conduct troubleshooting if necessary. 8. Conduct test call using BWL unit if no alarm is present. 9. Blocking of Sector 1 and cut-over from existing to new CDMA BTS Antenna 10. Unblocking of Sector 1, check for any alarm. Conduct troubleshooting if necessary. 11. Conduct test call using BWL unit if no alarm is present. 12. Blocking of Sector 2 and cut-over from existing to new CDMA BTS Antenna 13. Unblocking of Sector 2, check for any alarm. Conduct troubleshooting if necessary. 14. Conduct test call using BWL unit if no alarm is present. 15.
