Manager Operations (40 hrs) Organization:

The organization is a full service card transactions acquirer with European ambitions, provides Merchants Services for Ecommerce merchants in 11 European countries and Point of Sale businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium. It is one of the fastest growing financial services providers in the Benelux and offer one stop acceptance for Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, VPAY and American Express.

Job discription:
The Manager Operations is responsible for creating an Operational Strategy and Operational Budget. He/She is responsible for performance in the most cost-effective and profitable way to gain the collectively targets set by the Management Team. The Manager Operations reports to the Director Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and implementing an Operational strategy in line with the Business Strategy Responsible for creating an Operational Budget and performance within this budget Responsible for all services provided by the Operations team and the quality of processing Responsible for managing, coaching,(personal growth and assessing of agents and supervisors Initiate, improve, implement and evaluate operational work processes Suggest new business developments Responsible for internal auditing of financial risks/flows within Operations Work closely with all internal departments to provide input for adding new service and product initiatives to the partners/channels

Required Experience
Bachelor degree or higher Minimum of 3 Years experience as Operations Manager Minimum of 2 years experience in the online payment industry Proven leadership abilities in working as a team Knowledge of eCommerce, platforms and online payment industry Strong commercial background, proven relationship building and management, consultative selling Strong experience in managing projects Excellent communication and presentation skills on executive level Fluency and excellent writing skills in English and Dutch is a must Advanced computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access)
