To Whom It May Concern: Because of my experience and my passion to see employees and companies excel, I feel your company

would be a good fit for me. I am a graduate of University of Kentucky with an Associates Degree in Industria l Wood and Forestry. I feel my experience in supervisory and management positions have also been a great educator to me. I am results oriented. I believe its important for employees (including myself) to understand the objectives or goals of a company and that they understand their r oles and responsibilities in achieving those goals. I enjoy participating in strategic pl anning processes to acquire those goals and feel a great sense of accomplishment when t hey are achieved. During my career I feel I have made a substantial amount of progress in the area s I was assigned to. I enjoy evaluating performances and brainstorming for solutions to problems. I have taken Returns and Allowances and reduced them from 5 % to 1/2 % and reduc ed the employees needed in the area of finished goods repair from 8 down to 3. I have also experienced success in reducing the Workmans Comp costs from an estimated $200,000 down to $125,000 by implementing a work hardening policy including rotation of the operators. I have also reduced overtime hours necessar y from 15 down to 5 or less hours per week by redesigning the assembly, finish and pack ing areas to minimize nonproductive time of the operators and also reduced overtime needed to stay current with the mill. I have attached a copy of my resume and would be more than happy to offer names and phone numbers of references upon request and answer any other questions you may have for me. Thank you for your attention to my resume and for considering me as an employee.
