CC requirements. As a Certified Residential Appraiser I have been responsible fo
r conducting current and retrospective valuation reviews of appraisal reports us
ed by seller/servicers to support lending
decisions and determine if they meet Fannie Mae guidelines, the Uniform Standard
s of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and other professional appraisal st
andards. Extensive knowledge of the Sub Prime market, and properties in need of
rehab. Have worked for large scale lenders such as Land Safe, Bank of America, W
ells Fargo, Chase, in addition to numerous local banks in and around the Dallas/
