We present you the rates for Porto Carras Resort Hotels including a very Special Offer for reservations made from 01.04.2009 until 22.05.2009 and of course the Early Booking Discount for reservations made from 23.02.2009 until 30.03.2009 for the staying period from 23.05.2009 until 31.12.2009. We would like to remind you that in order for the Early Booking Discount to be valid the reservation must be fully paid until 30.03.2009. If you have any questions regarding the rates or the Special Offer our reservation department will be available for you.

Terms & Conditions

All mentioned rates are NET to our office in EURO. All prices are based on rates, available at the time of printing and are subject to change, with no previous notice. All reservations should be confirmed with price in order to avoid any mistakes in charges. We hold the right to change the price before the option date of any reservation always with a notice to you. Above rates valid ONLY for the markets mentioned (except if there is a special note concerning certain markets) and for a MINIMUM STAY that is mentioned. In case if there is no minimum stay mentioned, 5 days minimum stay applies. For fewer days than the mentioned minimum stay the rates are on request. PAYMENT: For each confirmed reservation, a minimum 30% deposit is required (which is not refundable in case of cancellation) followed by a full payment, 10 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, reservation shall be cancelled automatically, without previous notice. All bank expenses must be covered by the Travel Agent. GENERAL CANCELLATION FEES (only valid, if no special agreement existing): a) Apartments: In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival of the clients (14 days during the high season), there is a cancellation fee of 30% of the whole stay. For non-shows full payment will be required. b) Hotels: Cancellations within 7 days before arrival of the clients are charged with 30% cancellation fees. Non-shows are charged with up to 100% cancellation fees or minimum 3 overnights stay, depending on the hotels policy. For bookings with 1 3 overnights stay, the full amount/100% cancellation fee will be charged in case of Non-show. c) Meli Tours should reconfirm all cancellations through fax or e-mail. MELI TOURS does not accept any responsibility caused by delays, strikes of transport companies, such as coach and ferry companies, airlines etc. All complaints for services rendered, have to be reported on the spot, to MELI TOURS or to the REPS. Complaints shall be accepted only in written form and if signed by the client, the REP and the hotel. No complaint shall be accepted after clients departure. RESERVATION TERMS: a) 3rd person and children rates are valid only if they are sharing room with 2 full paying persons. b) for occupancy of 1 adult and 1 child in a DBL room, the charge will be in general the same as for 2 full paying adults in the DBL room, except if there are special rates stated by the hotel (as per pricelist) c) Special rates for groups (or back to back) ON REQUEST. d) Allotment bookings should always be made on-line, by e-mail or fax and within the RELEASE PERIOD; all bookings out of RELEASE PERIOD will only be accepted on request. e) No reservation shall be accepted if the above conditions have not been signed. RESERVATION HANDLING FEE: (valid for all destinations) Will be charged with 5 EURO per booking / per stay for all reservations made for 1-3 overnights. SERVICE FEE: (valid for all destinations) For every amendment after the 2nd reservation change a service fee of 5 EURO will be applied. This service fee is also applicable for cancellations out of the above stated cancellation periods.
