Portable Dry-block and Fluid Temperature Calibrators

GENERAL
The temperature parameter represent the most important factor to fulfil quality, operational safety and reliability of industrial processes. Thermocouples, RTDs and any other temperature sensors, when installed in a industrial process, they are subjected to mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses which accelerate their ageing. Therefore it is a recommended procedure to inspect, check and calibrate each sensor during the commissioning phase and at regular and programmed time intervals. The temperature calibrators series MicroCal T include five different, rugged and transportable units designed to obtain a controlled temperature with high stability, high uniformity in all calibrators ranges. Internal block temperature stability A built-in microprocessor based controller handle the man-machine interface, the internal logic and assures the high stability of the internal metal block through a sophisticated temperature algorithm. A complete Automatic Calibration System The MicroCal T can be used together with a Personal Computer, a multifunction high precision calibrator MicroCal 200/200+ (see bulletin 08-44) and a CalpMan 2000 Windows software package to improve a true automatic temperature calibration system. Using the RS232 interfaces of the instruments it is possible to program trough the PC the complete test procedure for Your thermocouple or resistance thermometer to be certificate. The MicroCal 200 is able to read the testing thermo-element with the desired accuracy and the software calculate the errors and prepare the certificate.
