COMPACT SIMULATORS
EasyCal
EasyCal is a complete family of rugged, compact, accurate, simulators for the most common process signals. No other instrument is easier to be used ! ! This series includes five different models: EasyCal mA: 0/22mA current loop simulator (built in 24Vdc power supply). EasyCal Tc: Thermocouple simulators. Available for Tc type K, J or T. EasyCal Rtd: Resistance thermometer simulators Pt100 (a =0.00385). Models with -200 to 800C and -10 to 250C ranges. EasyCal pH: Glass electrode simulator from 0 to 14pH with high impendence 1000MW test. EasyCal PS: 24Vcc current loop power supply. A rugged 23 positions rotative switch select the simulation value. All instruments are supplied complete with a calibration certificate.

SINGLE FUNCTION
UniCal
UniCal V, mA, Tc, and Rtd are instruments designed to meet the needs of instrumentation and Quality engineers and managers both in laboratory and in field work. The ranges are the most common used to check and calibrate process instruments. The UniCal is accurate, rugged and easy to use. These instruments have five operational mode: Generator, Simulator, Indicator, Indicator on powered circuits, 24 Vdc Current loop power supply. UniCal MMX2 is a palm-top multimeter-calibrator with 15 functions in one rugged and compact 2 channels unit. Simultaneous simulation and measure indication. It include a standard AC+DC multimeter and a calibrator for Voltage, Current and frequency.

PALM-TOP MULTIFUNCTION
MicroCal
A complete system for testing, measuring and calibrating on a single, compact, portable unit. You can select between 14 type of thermocouple, Pt100, Ni100 and Ni120, mV, V, mA, Ohm. MicroCal 1+ MAV, 1 or 2 simultaneous channels calibrator for process signals (mA and V). MicroCal 1+ , multifunction calibrator for thermocouples, resistance thermometers, mV and mA. Its basic accuracy is 0.03% of reading. MicroCal 1 I.S., Similar characteristics of MicroCal 1+ but with intrinsic safety EEx ia IIC T6 approval. MicroCal 2+, high accuracy calibrator (0.02% of rdg). Two insulated channels for simultaneous simulation and measure on TRX calibration. MicroCal 10+, high accuracy calibrator with a basic accuracy of 0.01% of rdg (mV range).

MULTIFUNCTION HIGH ACCURACY
MicroCal 200/200+ & 2000+
MicroCal multifunction calibrators are the instruments to keep your test and process equipment adequately calibrated for ISO9000 compliance. They are portable very high accuracy, with 2 independent and insulated simultaneous channels. Compact, rugged, easy to use and expandible, they allow you to simulate and measure: mV, V, mA (active and passive loop), ohm, thermocouples, resistance thermometers, frequency and pulse. All 3 models can be connected to the pressure module MicroCal PM200 to add them the pressure generation and measure capability. Using the CalpMan Plus PC software and the MicroCal T temperature calibrators, it is possible to have a true calibration and certification system for thermocouple and resistance thermometers. The 3 models are different for their accuracy and for the available accessories.

MULTIFUNCTION PRESSURE
MicroCal PM200
MicroCal PM200 is a true universal signal & pressure calibrator with builtin pump. This pressure module designed to expand the MicroCal 200/200+ and MicroCal 2000+ calibrators. Connecting this module to the signal calibrator you are able to measure and generate gauge, differential, vacuum, and absolute pressure simultaneously with signal measurements. The MicroCal PM200 portable calibration System is the most advanced, powerful and user friendly indicator-simulator available. To simplify your calibration activity and for more accuracy, the module can be furnished with 2 internal pressure sensors (2 and 20 bar f.s.), Internal hand pump, ventilation valve and fine adjustment. One external sensor can be connected for high pressure measurements. MicroCal PM200 System is the ideal calibrator to inspect, calibrate all process instruments and in particular the pressure and signal transmitters. An important feature is the internal power supply (24 Vdc) able to connect it directly to a passive current loop.

PALM-TOP PRESSURE
MicroCal Pzero / P & P2
MicroCal PZero: It uses an integrated sensor made in stainless steel and can be used to measure all AISI316 compatible fluids. The MicroCal Pzero includes an auxiliary Voltage and current input for in field transmitters calibration. Internal procedure for pressostat cheks and leak test are standard features. MicroCal P is a rugged instrument and can measure static and differential pressure of air and inert gases within the range from vacuum to 20 bar. Flexibility is assured by interchangeable pressure modules from 20 mbar up to 20 bar f.s.. This allow you the best accuracy and resolution in each range in a single instrument. Internal procedure for pressostat cheks and leak test are included. MicroCal P2 has the same specifications as MicroCal P but with additional signal input for transmitter signals (0 - 20V and 0 22mA) reading. A wide range of manual pump are available to generate vacuum and pressure up to 700 bar.

MicroCal P100/100IS
MicroCal P100 has been designed for industrial world requirements, in which characteristics such as compactness, ruggedness and reliability, are very important, as well as accuracy, linearity, and stability. MicroCal P100 is composed by a very compact digital indicator using a stainless steel 17-4 sensor and one integrated pump for generating pressure. The available ranges are: 0-2 bar, 0-50 bar, 0-100 bar, 0-250 bar and 0-350 bar. Ranges up to 1000bar are available on request. MicroCal P100IS has similar specification as MicroCal P100, and it is certified for Intrinsic Safety EEx ia IIC T5 applications.

SOFTWARE TO CALIBRATE
CalpMan 2000
Companies Quality managers and supervisors ask for drawing up, filing, and analyzing results, and a trace of verifying activity and periodic calibrations as regards process and laboratory instrumentation. In this view, Eurotron has realized TM Calpman 2000 a Windows 95 software package. Calpman 2000 is compatible with all Eurotron signal, temperature and pressure Calibrators (UniCal and MicroCal series), and unifies in one software the laboratory calibrations management. Software main characteristics are: ! Standard and laboratory instrumentation management ! Calibrations instruments tickler ! Printing a detailed and personalized calibration report as ISO9000 rules requirement ! Filing test data on hard disk in order to have them available in any moment ! Possibility of calibrating in an automatic way (RS232), using all Eurotron calibrators, in semiautomatic way if the instrument to be calibrated is a transmitter or multimeter, etc. ! Very simple to use, to program and to connect This software simplifies, speeds and minimize mistakes in preparing verifying documents, so it is a good instrument for calibration laboratory. It is a Windows 95/98/NT and Y2K compatible program

MicroCal T100 / T500 & T1100

Temperature represents the most important parameter to be monitored when we have to satisfy requirements, such as Quality, operating safety, and industrial process reliability. When being installed in a process, thermocouples, resistance thermometers, and every other kind of temperature sensors, are subjected to mechanical, chemical and thermic stresses, which accelerate their ageing. So, it is better to verify and certify every sensor at regular time intervals. A wide range of standard and special metallic inserts is available to satisfy all calibration requirements.
