The team was responsible for design management and coordinatio n of hiring specialty consultants and inspectors. They also conducted construct ability reviews, facilitated meetings, and developed the master budget and sched ule. * Phase I Modernizations: Various improvements to the existing facilities, incl uding seismic retrofit, handicapped accessibility, and aesthetic improvements. * Phase II Multi-Purpose Rooms: Installation of modular units to supply spaces for various aspects of learning. * Long Beach Community College District (2005 - 2006) Los Angeles, California $270 million. This consisted of working with two different engineering fi rms as they investigated the existing systems and what where the future utility needs of the facilities through a 25 year expansion plan. Master plan included Sewer, Storm Drain, Electrical, Fiber Optics, Low Voltage (security, clock, tele phone, data, energy management, Fire Alarm), Gas and Domestic water systems.
