The review meetings will be held in the Forenoon (FN) session from 9.30am to 1.00pm and in
the afternoon (AN) session from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on the specified dates.
All Scholars must bring the hard copy of the Research Scholars Progress Report/Review
Form duly signed by the Supervisors (as per the format enclosed available on the
University website:www.jntua.ac.in).
All Research Scholars are requested to make their own arrangements for boarding
and lodging during the above period. Scholars are advised to stay one more day,
if required.
If the research scholars does not attend two consecutive meetings and if the reports are
not satisfactory in two consequent meetings, the admission is liable to be cancelled.
The Research Scholars those who have not atended two consecutive RRMs are indicated with
a * against their Admn.No. are hereby informed that they are being a final chance and
they do not attend for this RRM their admission stands cancelled.

IMPORTANT CIRCULAR/NOTICE
It is hereby informed that the Research Review Meeting (RRM) will be scheduled from
01-2012 to 23-01-2012.

All the research scholars admitted during 2010-11, 2009-10, and others who were admitted
prior to 2009 with erstwhuile JNT University and opted to this University, are hereby informed to
attend the RRM without fail and come prepared for presentation of their work. They have to inform
their Supervisor and Co-supervisor also to attend the meeting without fail as it is mandatory. Also
get the hard copies of your publications, if any, which are to be submitted along with the progress
review form.
The detailed schedule is enclosed herewith.
