Regarding Political Participation in 1992 for grade school kids to college graduates, the table suggests that in the

most popular aspect of political participation is in political campaigning therefore there must be some familial aspect tied to each learning individual since elementary school and the influence attained past grade school into college. Even after college the chart shows that individuals with complete college degrees voted more than the people who just attended and completed high school. Hence, it must be determined that from 64% political participation in voting in contrast with 85% is a landslide victory for a potential political candidate. Projects such as Rock the Vote intend for the younger generation to get out and vote targeting age groups from 18-25. Namely 17 year olds get a form to fill out and upon turning 18 they receive their voters card and registration. It's purpose is merely to engage the highschool and college students to find time and passion in voting in America. However education is not the only statistical perception that is viable- how many students were of latino, Caucasian, eastern, or African American descent? Cultural influence acts as the primary indication whether or not someone has a more active form of political internal efficacy. The U.S. census bureau reported the influx of the Hispanic population in America yet from 1996 to 2004 the Hispanic voter representation has been relatively stagnant staying below the 30% line. Thus, the low voter turnout for the Hispanic community must be due to an uncomfortable setting in language barriers resulting in a lack of information on political current events. Yet the Hispanic communities lack of cultural assimilation might reveal some retention to politics. The table also fails to entail the political activeness between both genders. In schools how many girls to boys (vice versa) want to vote. Today women slightly pass men in voting in political elections. And though after gaining the right to vote in 1920 numbers continue to increase. Overall the American population voter turnout is dependent on external political efficacy and the confidence Americans have in their government system. According to CNN "What is especially ironic is that as barriers to voting have come down, proportionally greater numbers of individuals in the nation have not voted." hence, America's problem with voting overall is that people are allotted the privilege to vote but there are still barriers (linguistics, identity, transportation) and even those with the ability to vote do not vote. Yet perhaps with the information and population increases more individuals will step up and spur the voting numbers at the ballot boxes.
