Monitor MOODLE ANNOUNCEMENTS for exact exam times/locations in various FIU computer labsin a strictly proctored environment, or at other approved locations.

Exams are generally all closed book and online with ME, with only restricted calculators and writing equipments allowed. Formula sheets will be provided at all closed book exams. All homework assignments will be checked for original group efforts, timely submittal, completeness, neatness and accuracy. All HW assignments and exams will be graded instantaneously by ME and all grades will be maintained in the ME grade-book for the term. Any sign of cheating in this course will be cause for penalizing such cheaters appropriately, within current FIUs Policies and Guidelines (see the posted guidelines on MOODLE). IMPORTANT NOTICES Attendance and consistent monitoring of MOODLE is critically important to earn a good final grade in this course! A lot of material covered in the course is NOT in the Text book and are provided on MOODLE or other MOODLE provided resources and web-sites. You will all be assigned to GROUPS to simulate the effective Learning Community concept. So, all homework assignments and exam preparations are encouraged to be undertaken in your GROUP setting----even though your grades will be individualized!!! AGAIN---Any form of cheating in homeworkby use of solutions manuals, etc; cheating in exams or otherwise is strictly forbidden and may result in a final grade of F and a possible recommendation to the University Provost for expulsion of all such cheaters, without any exceptions. Late assignments will NOT be accepted by MEdue to the set due dates, as explained in Class and/or as specified in ME.
