Function as the senior leader in the PIC and logistics team of seven associates focused primarily with customer service, staff development, cost control and red uction, day to day PIC and logistics management and support to overall operation s excellence. Success in downsizing the PIC department during a period of restructuring result ing in $200,000 in cost reduction.
