Companys Profile
FENESTA ltd, a company of DSCL group was launched in September 2003 at Bhiwadi, Gurgaon. Since then it has been expanding its market across different parts of country. At present it has six manufacturing units across India starting from Gurgaon to Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata and the main extrusion unit at Kota. The company provides a complete solution for doors and windows comprising of designing, manufacturing, site survey, installation, delivery and post sale services of the product. It has a group of research team also who works for latest technological development and maintainence of quality standards of

the product. It has a well equipped testing lab to check the durability and pressure bearing capacity of the product. Thus to meet everchanging demand of the market the company focuses on customer satisfaction by providing them what they want.

MANUFACTURING UNIT
The company has a whole mechenised system of manufacturing and software based equipments to give a perfect finish to the product. The manufacturing is basically divided into a chain of ten different segments. -Profile cutting - Processing- it comprises of routing and drainage - Welding process of sealing of corners - Corner cleaning To smooth the corners - Reinforcement cutting to match to the profile size - Reinforcement fixing To provide additional strength - Assembly of beads and gaskets to give proper holding to glass - Glazing To install glass in the window - Final assembly To install locks and fix sashes - Packaging To ensure safe transportation

At present the company has some big projects in hand like DLF etc. As per the increase of competition in this industry by upcoming of other manufacturers like Plasowin, Window magic, Wintech etc . Fenesta continuously works on maintaining the international standards. As the customers perception is changing towards the product the company is likely to grow more in near future.
