Hi, hope u are doing fine.

For many proposals which i have gone through these are general observations which should be adhered to, to make your proposal upright: Generally, a good proposal must be well integrated in its various sections, from the topic itself, the way you state the research problem, the objectives, research questions, methodology and the research tools. So, 1. Topic: Ensure that when one reads your topic will be able to figure out the content of your proposal, i.e what you arec going to do or deliver. The topic should be brief and properly stated to reflect the main objectiove of your research. THE NEED OF ONLINE INFORMATION SYSTEM TO CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION IN SMALL SCALE ENTERPRISES: THE CASE OF MADUKAMAWILI CO LTD. 2. Research Problem: Justify the existence of the problem. Of course the purpose of the research is to find the solutions/suggestions relevant to solve an existing problem. So you have to justify the existence of the problem which u now what to find the solution/give suggestions. Sometimes you may conduct a research to asses the solutions which have already being implemented in order to find out its role/effectiveness/achievement so you can give suggestions for improvement or sell to others the solutions or justify its implementation. In any case you must be able to show that something is required to be done/ there is something missing somewhere which you need to fill the gape. 2. Research objective: There should be the main and specific objective. The main objective should be only one which stated in a way that summarizes the whole idea of what you want to achieve in your research. e.g. TO FIND OUT HOW THE USE OF ONLINE INFORMATION SYTEMS WOULD IMPROVE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTIONS IN SMALL SCALE ENTERPRISES Specific Objectives: 1. To describe the reasons for customers disatisfactions in SE (2) To Find out in detail how the current information system contribute to customers disatisfactions. (3) To discuss how the implementation of online systems will improve customers satisfactions in SE 3. Reseach Questions: must match the research objectives. In other words you state the same research objectives but in a form of question. in this case the main reserch objectives will match the first research question and the specific reserach questions must match. if are 3 specfic objectives, must be three reserch questions. 4. Methodology: Think of the relevant, population, sampling technique and reserch istruments etc. that will give you what you want to achieve. 5. Research Intruments(eg. research questionnare/interview/documents etc.). Make sure it is there.must match the research questions. ie. each research question must be addressed in the research instruments. For questionnare you formulate questions which will give you data that will answer your research questions. One question can be answered by more than one instrument and one instrument and one instruments can give sevearal sections to answer the same question (eg one research question can be answwered by more than one question in the questionnare and the same resaerch question can be answered by reading the documents etc.) SO, make sure that the instruments give you the relevant information and that each of the reserach objective/question is adresses. No need to collect data which has no use to your research objective and dont leave research questions unanswered. Attach the research questionnares, list of documents you expect to review etc. 6. Literature review. Ensure that you refer to relevant literatures that talk about the topic and that you quote properly. Literature review means what others said about your topic, so guoting is important

7. Use good language and write error free work So check your proposal in line with theses areas and do the neddful and resend me the furnished one. I wish you to score good grades and so take note of these things.
