TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As an exhibitor in the 23rd Annual Pomona
Valley Family Juneteenth Celebration, I agree
to adhere to the following:
1. Contract this registration application
properly executed by applicant (Exhibitor)
shall upon written acceptance and
notification of booths assigned by the
Pomona Valley Celebration show
management constitutes a valid binding
contract. Whereas, the management
reserves the right to accept and reject any
applicant.
2. Space Assignments - show management
exercises full authority over the assignment
of all exhibitor spaces. The Pomona Valley
Family Juneteenth Celebration is a unique
show with special assignment of space for
pre-designed exhibits.
3. Exhibit Space:

4. Exhibitor Guidelines:
4 There is no music allowed from the exhibit
space, without the Pomona Valley Family
Juneteenth
Celebration
management
authorization.
4 All exhibitors assume responsibility for
compliance with all pertinent ordinances,
regulations, and codes of duty authorized
Local, State, Union and Federal governing
bodies concerning, fire, accident, or any
other cause. Exhibitor is required to provide
all insurance and/or policy riders to cover all
exhibitors space contents.
4 Exhibitor agrees not to sell, sublets share,
exchange or assign this rental space to any
other party.
4 The distributing of any material is prohibited
outside of assigned exhibit space.
4 All exhibitor merchandise must be legal
and counterfeit items such as videotapes,
clothing, watches, and purses are prohibited.
(Note: alcohol, tobacco, firearms, ordinance,

survival weapons, gases, or peppers, and

related items are prohibited from display or sell
within the Pomona Valley Family Celebration.
Show does not assume responsibility for
exhibitor property, the partys staff or agents
from theft, fire, and accident.
4 Event management will provide the right
to exclude or to require modification of any
exhibitors display or demonstration that it
considers to be unsuitable or not in keeping
with the purpose of the Pomona Valley Family
Celebration .
This contract is non-cancelable.
4 Payment Terms-Payment in full is due by
June 1st, 2012. Outstanding balances after
this time will result in cancellation of this
contract.
4 Where applicable, any exhibit space reservation
made after June 1st, 2012, must be paid in
full by a cashiers check or money order. All
exhibits must be set-up and ready to go prior
to show opening at 9:30AM, Saturday, June
16th, 2012 (Move-in occurs the morning of
June 16th, 2012, from 7:00am-9:00am). Event
is open to public from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
PLEASE BE ON-TIME FOR SET-UP
4 Move-out for Exhibitors cannot occur until
7:00pm, Saturday, June 16th, 2012 when the
event ends. All monies are non-refundable. A
$25 NSF on returned checks will be charged.
All Checks and Money Orders are to be made

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

The undersigned applicant agrees to and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Juneteenth
America, Inc. including its officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, and respective
successors against any legal proceeding in law or equity, and further shall indemnify, defend, and
hold harmless Juneteenth America, Inc. and its officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers,
and respective successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, suits,
judgments, expenses, costs, and other legal expenses of every kind to which Juneteenth America,
Inc. may be subject by reason of any act or conduct of any participant, invitee, attendee, sponsor
or any third person who is or is not an invitee, attendee, participant, or sponsor of the event.
I have read this form and understand that by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights and
remedies.
