INSTRUCTIONS
1. All entries should be type or written in block letters. 2. All replies must be supported with documentary proof. 3. Employees of this University or of the Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel. They must however deliver 6 copies of their application in advance, so as to reach positively by the last prescribed date. 4. Only one set of the supporting documents should be furnished. 5. Attested copies of following documents are essential, failing which application shall not be entertained. (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) Date of Birth Educational Certificates Copy of PEC Registration (where applicable). Copies of Research Publications or Papers, where necessary. Character Certificates from two officers, bearing their name and full address.
