Decide which processes you want to measure. Then, make use of our extensive library of over 500 performance metrics, 600 measures and 250 report templates. They are all in accordance with ITIL, Cobit and ISO/IEC good practice frameworks. Or, add your own KPIs.

Metricus has been used by an airline company to manage the performance of its suppliers better by providing well defined metrics and asking them to populate our environment with their data.

Metricus helped the CIO of one of the largest financial organizations in the US to see how individual department is performing by deploying ITIL best practice metrics and rolling these out to the individual departments.
