With the data driven from the Apogee PrintDrive, your proof is generated from the same file used to make the plate for absolute imposition proofing. AgfaJet Sherpa 2 Outperforms

The AgfaJet Sherpa 2 can print an 8 up (A1 size) proof in 5 min at 360 dpi. At 720 dpi it takes 9 min.

Apogee PrintDrive configures flats for a work-and-turn or work-and-tumble workflow for foolproof dual sided printing. The Apogee Proofer RIP takes image data in either separated or composite mode and offers a number of productivity and quality-enhancement tools such as In-RIP colour management. Variable Print-ModeHigh Speed, Standard, High Qualitylets you choose the setting for each type of proof.

Piezo-electric inkjet technology auses less ink than thermal technology with finer spot
size for better ink control and adherence. The piezo nozzles also offer faster and more consistent ink firing than thermal nozzles. Each colour has a separate 220 ml changeable ink cassette for less user intervention. Microprecision capstan paper transport together with the electromagnetic fin registration system assures accurate dual-sided imposition proofing. Registration accuracy is =/- 1.0 mm over an 8-up imposition proof.
