GIFT OF LOVE Elder Frank Baughman 1 John 4:21

God Is Here!

TRURO

* LITANY OF AFFIRMATION (from I John 3-4) Little children, let us love not just in word or speech but in deed and in truth. All who keep Gods commandments abide in God, and God in them. But this we shall know that we are of the truth, for God knows all; All who keep Gods commandments abide in God, and God in them. Beloved, if we fulfill the Great Commandment, we have confidence before God. All who keep Gods commandments abide in God, and God in them. This is what God commands: Believe in the name of Jesus and love one another. All who keep Gods commandments abide in God, and God in them. Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and whoever loves is born of God and knows God. If we love one another, God abides in us. In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent Jesus Christ into the world. If we love one another, God abides in us. *GLORIA PATRI #579 * SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM GREATOREX

Gracious Spirit, Dwell With Me

K. Lee Scott

The Chancel Choir Gracious Spirit, dwell with me, I would gracious be; help me now thy grace to see, I would be like thee; And, with words that help and heal, thy life would mine reveal, and with actions bold and meek, for Christ , my Savior, speak. Truthful Spirit, dwell with me, I would truthful be; help me now thy truth to see, I would be like thee; and, with wisdom kind and clear, thy life in mine appear; and, with actions sisterly, speak Christs sincerity. Holy Spirit, dwell with me, I would holy be; show thy mercy tenderly, make me more like thee; separate from sin, I would and cherish all things good, and whatever I can be give him who gave me thee. Mighty Spirit, dwell with me, I would mighty be; help me now thy powr to see, I would be like thee; Gainst all weapons hell can wield, be thou my strength and shield; let thy word my weapon be, Lord, thine the victory.

Called to Gather As Gods People

Sent to share the Spirits blessing, we go forth renewed, restored, Humbled by the task before us, strengthened by the Love outpoured. Finding faith confirmed in action, led by hope through each new day, We are called to be Gods people, living what we sing and pray.
