Bring old Formal Dresses to the Church by February 10th!

Choya Ferguson will be collecting the dresses, taking them Max I Walker. The dresses will be sold for $25 apiece and the proceeds will go to the Open Door Missions Lydia House.
Nationally, about half of all homeless women and children are fleeing domestic abuse and violence. Open Door Missions Lydia House provides emergency services for women and families in need of immediate assistance. They provide food, shelter, clothing and other basic needs. The Lydia House also offers life changing programs to address the causes of homelessness such as abuse, addiction, or the inability to obtain and maintain steady employment. The Lydia House has safe shelter available for more than 300 women and families.

Spend the weekend in worshiping Jesus and experiencing His presence through serving those in need. Friday will be a night to worship and prepare. You will be placed in a team and challenged to work together.

When: March 16th-18th For: 6th-12th graders Cost: $ 45 Where: Camp of the Good Shepherd & Omaha Metro Area

Saturday your team will head out into Omaha to serve the community. You may help the elderly, renovate a house or a building, feed the hungry, or visit a nursing home! Sunday you will experience church from a different perspective!
