CHAPTER 1 PROFILE BACKGROUND NAME OF THE BUSINESS All for Print a one-stop printing shop that accommodates all of a customer's printing needs.

LOCATION All for Prints first shop will be located in Maraudi Business Center. It is a commercial building for rent located along Aguinaldo Highway, corner Niog II, Bacoor, Cavite. Maraudi Building is ideal for offices, school, call center and more. It has a large parking area that can accommodate tenants and tenants customers. It also has a security to ensure peace and order on building premises day and night. It also has its own team of maintenance to make sure that the building is properly clean & in good condition always. The location is also accessible and close to nearby major commercial & business establishment like malls, schools, fastfood restaurants, banks, gasoline stations and many more.

SERVICE TYPE All for Print shop will offer customers a one-stop shop for addressing their printing needs. Customers will be able to easily design and order customization on thousands of products, primarily small-quantity printed products. By automating and enhancing the print order process, it is believed, based in the printing industry, that the company will significantly reduce the costs and inefficiencies associated with the traditional printing process.

All for Print will simplify the design and ordering process in several ways. The company believes this will significantly reduce reprint-due-to-error costs and the associated print wastage incurred by commercial print vendors. Exact re-prints of

previous orders will be available at a reduced cost. At the same time, the company will lower costs and improve capacity utilization. The company also believes that these efficiencies, incorporated with lower overhead costs, will allow the company to be more cost effective than other printing shops.

All for Print will provide a graphic art design center where customers will describe their company to enable a graphic art designer to create a logo for them.

INTRODUCTION There is no doubt that printing plays an important role in just about every business. Of course, any costs to a business are important to the bottom line, but when it comes to printing, what you print and how it is printed has an impact on the business image, branding, communications with customers in general, marketing impact, compliance with local tax laws and so much more.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY All for Print is being designed as a printing services/print shop who is focused on reducing the overall printing price structure, in addition to enabling individual and business-to-business transactions for printing presses and the graphic art design industry. All for Print will also attain a competitive edge by offering services such as

website development and e-commerce, which have become essential for any business presence.

All for Print intends to establish and operate a print shop with services costing significantly less than the prices of its competitors, while supplying superior quality. All for Print offers a unique way to accomplish printing for individuals and businesses. Printers try to meet the needs of their clients, but have a focus on profitability. Our company structure fills a niche while providing a classic environment of the "win/win" scenario.

We save our customers money and time by finding the most efficient and effective way for our customers to accomplish each and every printing task.

OBJECTIVES  To generate sales for the 1st quarter of business operations.

 To establish at least 2 long-term quality relationships per month.

 To be a true one-stop operation by being able to accommodate all of a customer's printing needs from consulting and design assistance to printing,

binding, and distribution. Our goal is to eliminate the need for our customers to source any printing outside of our scope.

 To promote an awareness of All for Print so as to support sales and income goals through aggressive marketing. This awareness will come from both marketing and word-of-mouth referrals.

MISSION All for Print is a printing solutions provider dedicated to offering a single source for all printing needs with a priority on earning and maintaining our customer's trust. We will maintain a consistent and reasonable margin while providing customers with a fair price and exceptional service. We will also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment that respects new ideas and hard work.

VISION All for Print aims to be the top of mind print shop in Cavite offering a wide assortment of digital printing products and services by consistently providing superior customer service.

KEY TO SUCCESS  Exceed customer satisfaction by giving a reliable and high quality product at reasonable prices with quick turnaround times.

 Employ careful financial analysis to ensure efficiency and proper controls.

 Consistent, timely, and accurate expertise and information to fulfill the client's printing needs.

 Build a lasting relation with clients to develop a loyal repeat customer base.

 Have the quickest response of a clients complain to obtain the improvement and achieve a high-quality product.

To summarize the keys to success, All for Print arrived with 3Bs: Best Price - providing the most competitive prices for every venture for persons, firm and agencies alike. Best Quality - maintaining the very best and precise output, excellent relationship management and art direction. Best Delivery - assuring production schedules are monitored and our products delivered on time.

RISKS All for Print currently has no operating history, which makes it difficult to forecast future operating results. The company will encounter risks and difficulties that startups frequently encounter in rapidly evolving and competitive markets. These risks include expanding the number of certified commercial businesses and improving technological and logistical connections to these trades. If these risks are not addressed successfully, the business will be seriously harmed.

Due to the nature of printing business, the performance and fluctuations in quarterly sales and operating expenses will depend on the current marketplace and competition. The performance of All for Print will depend on market and industry risk factors that the company recognizes it will be subject to. The company's view of its risks is as follows:

 Employee turnover. One of the biggest risks that all companies face today is the loss of key personnel. All for Print will minimize this risk by ensuring that our employees have a high-class working environment, which includes being paid competitive wages and good benefits.

 Competitors. To mitigate this risk, we will closely monitor our competitors' pricing structures, business strategies, and overall customer satisfaction to make sure we are one step ahead at all times.

 Economic Factors. To minimize this risk, we will diversify our position in the products and services that we offer, as well as planning to ensure there is always available cash flow and resources if the economy begins to show negative trends.  Customer retention. The company will aggressively advertise its products and services and establish strategic alliances with industry leaders in order to generate a solid customer base and retain customers.

 Volume of transactions. The volume of transactions generated through the individual clients and businesses.

 Downtime. Technical difficulties, system failures, or Internet downtime.

 Timing. The timing of large customer orders, or the failure to enter into strategic alliances.

 Costs. The amount and timing of operating costs and capital expenditures relating to expansion of the business, operations, and infrastructure.

 Pricing. Changes in our pricing policies or competitors' pricing policies.

 The success of All for Print will depend on a significant number of print-buying customers knowing about, and regularly using, our services. Many customers will

be addressing issues such as quality, reliability, billing, delivery, and customer service for the first time in a self-service, print creation and ordering environment.

CHALLENGES

 Customer-driven product creation. Customers do not order from a static, preset product catalog. Rather, customers can create sophisticated desktop publishing design projects, requiring the ability to freely mix text, graphic images, fonts, styles, and colors on printed items.

 Intensive customer interaction. Customers are engaged in intensive design activities which require constant system monitoring and optimization.

 Point-of-order pricing. Since each product created is a custom design consisting of various inks, papers, designs, and quantity attributes, All for Print must be able to provide accurate, real-time pricing information to its customers that can be calculated instantaneously from tens of thousands of price point combinations.

 Re-orders. All for Print will retain each customer's order specifications, including all designs, negatives, and print plates, for a limited time. This will enable us to charge a lower fee for an exact reprint of a previous order.

 Intelligent order routing. By considering account product type, pricing, geography, and shipping options, All for Print will strive to route each order individually to the clients with the best combination of quality, delivery time, and price.

All for Print believes that, with our technology expertise, we will be able to address these challenges while also handling large numbers of customer design sessions and orders. We feel this represents a competitive advantage.
