Quarter 2007 to 3rd Quarter 2008 for Kitsap County. I excluded some of the retail stores (JC Penneys, Macy's Sears, Target) who had large $ drops, but percentages appeared reasonable. I also excluded companies if I knew why they had drops such as closures. Thank you for your help!
