The first pillar is the personality. The totality of individual s behavioral and emotional tendencies. The organization of the individuals distinguishing character traits, attitudes or habits. important points concerning personality in our leadership. 1. Be relatable without compromising the integrity of the leadership position. The easier it is for others to talk to us, listen to us, or work with us, the easier people will be able to respond to our leadership. 2. A leader must possess consistent emotional stability. 3. A leader should have healthy self image. The leader should know his identity in God express humility, strength and consistency bringing stability to their ministry and inspiring confidence in people working with them by acknowledging who we are in Christ that the sharing of your faith may become effective. As the b\Bible said, acknowledgement of every good things which is in you in Christ Jesus (Phil. 1:6) Will personal freedom only comes when we come our full identity in Christ and when were not struggling to validate our worth or talents apart from them. This was part of king Saul s mistake as he continually disobeyed God, choosing instead to do things his own way in attempt to prove his own strength as a leader. It is expressed in one s thoughts, values, motivates, attitudes, feeling and actions. Character is foremost with God because it expresses the heart of man & woman. As a sign of out gratefulness and willingness to practice the 3 pillars. You will make your own general vision. BREAK ACTIVITY: General vision as responsible leaders Make a general vision for the ministry area that you are responsible for. As you committing yourself in the church for your service then after that you compose also a prayer offering them thanksgiving. (After 35 min. gather them for the final activity.) RITUAL: LECTURETTE: Our being leader is a gift from God and we offered these for the service to his Church. It is here that we commit the three pillars for being good leaders for the betterment of you and for the Kingdom of God.
