Working With You

WT Partnership looks outward. We recognise that our clients can benefit by sharing our experiences with them, comparing performances and working together to take an innovative approach to a problem. We seek to build strong working partnerships with our clients for our mutual benefit. WT Partnership is entirely independent, without external shareholders or other interests from individuals or organisations. This enables us to maintain our highly professional service to clients without compromise. With people as our key asset, the way we develop our staff is vital to maintaining our high standards of service, while retaining our staff and building relationships with clients throughout a commission and in the longer term. Our staff turnover is very low and we develop enviable working partnerships with clients 80% of our UK workload is repeat or expanding business with existing clients. Our high standards of service are also reflected in accolades from regular clients. For example, WT Partnership has maintained its Gold Supplier status with the Royal Mail for the last six years.

Regular team meetings, staff appraisals, training seminars and individual staff development plans underpin our commitment to train and retain our high-quality personnel. Less experienced employees benefit from more senior staff acting as mentors in their training. WT Partnership's Investor In People accreditation, confirms our commitment to developing our staff, while meeting the best interests of our clients. The size of WT Partnership gives our staff the prospect of working with many blue chip companies. A staff exchange scheme between offices nationally and internationally provides our professionals with the opportunity to be involved in some of the most prestigious construction projects and property management commissions in the world. Such opportunities help ensure that our staff have the breadth of experience to work openly and effectively with other consultants to deliver a genuine team response in meeting a clients requirements.

Ensuring Client Satisfaction

Our senior managements hands on approach is a key ingredient in WT Partnership maintaining its high quality of service to clients. On most projects, senior managers undertake some of the vital day-to-day functions. This direct involvement helps ensure a better service to the client while enabling us to more effectively target our resources through informed management. WT Partnership operates Quality Assurance under ISO 9001: 2000. To help ensure that clients receive the high quality of service they expect, Directors monitor and review the work outputs from each office, with the head office being audited externally every six months and regional offices annually. On many commissions, WT Partnership allocates a Director to specifically audit quality and value, who reviews key documents and has regular discussions with the client and with the staff involved. Client satisfaction is sustained by confirming achievement against client-agreed performance benchmarks at each stage of a project. After each project, a post-completion audit includes open forum reviews and feedback sessions with the client. Its aim is to identify areas for incremental improvement and to enhance mutual learning.

WT Partnership regularly reviews the opportunities for improving the companys performance relative to its peers. We have recently participated with other practices in a year-on-year benchmarking exercise against 11 key performance indicators, which was conducted by an independent professional body. Progress has been pleasing and the exercise has enabled us to focus on, and improve, those areas demanding most attention. In short, WT Partnership is about successful partnerships in action: powerful working relationships within our organisation, strong partnerships with client organisations, and productive working relationships between the members of our organisation and yours.
