As duly authorized representative of the forwarder of the abovementioned locator, I hereby acknowledge the following: 1. SEIPI shall collect a transaction fee of P75 per export declaration that passes through the export community network. This amount is subject to increase at the discretion of SEIPI and after due notice is given to AEDS users. 2. The transaction fee shall cover the following: a. Contribution to the sinking fund for the replacement of the export server hardware and software; b. Contribution to defray the cost and maintenance of the export community network and the gateway facility to the Bureau of Customs; c. Service fees for administrative and other incidental costs incurred in the maintenance and upkeep of the export community network. 3. SEIPI shall prepare a monthly statement addressed to the cargo forwarder every first week of the month. The statement shall cover AEDS transactions of the previous month. 4. Cargo forwarder must pay the amount due to SEIPI within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the said monthly statement. SEIPI reserves the right to disable the forwarders username and password pending full settlement of amount due. 5. The locator (exporter) and the forwarder shall be the custodians of the access login. Any lodgment made using the login (including cancelled transactions) shall be charged accordingly.
