Bring to Meetings: Dues, Journey books (later in year), Vest. Girls should wear their vest to school on meeting days. Meeting Days: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month (with the exception of holiday weeks and special activities/field trips) Meeting Location: TBD Likely Pioneer Elementary and/or Troop Member homes Code of Conduct: Girls are expected to behave at meetings according to the Girl Scout Law: Girls: We do our best to redirect girls by using the law and asking them how they should be acting. If that doesnt work we will institute a time-out. Girls may join the group again once they explain what choice they should have made and/or apologize, if applicable. Parents: Please arrive and pick up your daughter on time. Please let us know if your daughter will not be attending the meeting or is sick so that we do not hold up the start of the meeting. Snack and Parent Volunteer: When its your familys turn to bring snack, you are also the chosen parent volunteer for that meeting. If a meeting date does not work for you, please swap with another parent and let leaders know. Snack should consist of a something fun (cookies, brownies, cupcakes) and something filling (crackers, fruit, pre-popped popcorn) and juice. We ask that all food is brought ready-to-serve: juice in self-contained boxes/packets, popcorn popped, etc. so no prep is needed.
