Responsibilities: To develop SAP R/3 objects as per the specifications given by Functional Consultants.

Managed assigned regional support tickets for Regional Users of Financial Systems on assigned Scope of Solution. Assist functional team in system & program changes and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base. Created custom user exit for posting billing document to CO-PA table.
Developed Reports like ALV reporting and Interactive reporting.

Used standard BAPIs for developing the reports. Migrated data about nursery/mature using BDC and LSMW.
Developed Module pool program. Batch Input Methods used to upload Plant maintenance data from legacy system to SAP system. Created subroutines and function modules. Created variants. Developed test cases and system documentations. Maintaining the work history until the tasks are closed down.

Reports: Created EBS Invoice reports for the document number, company code, and status about the advanced receipt using ALV reporting and sent mail this ALV report to the client (SAP Inbox). We are getting the sap data from the tables like COEP, COSP, and BPJA for Actual Cost, Budget and Percentage in ALV reporting. Created ALV interactive report Expenditure/Statistics for the plant maintenance.

BDC:
Uploaded plant maintenance header data from the legacy system to sap system using batch data communication.

Module pool program: Developed screen layouts and coding using module pool programming for Actual cost, Budget and percentage based on Block and division.

Function Modules, Include Programs and subroutines: Create Custom Functional module for Mature and Immature Created internal subroutines for increasing the program performance and include programs.

Project 2: Waste Management Solutions (WMS) Client System Role Duration Alam Flora, Malaysia SAP R/3 (ECC 6.0) ABAP Consultant July 2009 to Sep 2009

Responsibilities: To develop SAP R/3 objects as per the specifications given by Functional Consultants. PA PD and OM info types creation and configuration settings about sub types. Sending mail to respective recipients using work flow.

To develop Module pool program for PA and PD info types Batch Input Methods used to upload course, course type and etc data from legacy system to SAP system. Uploaded and downloaded data using BDC and LSMW. Generated reports using standard BAPI. To develop outbound interface for courses into UNIX server. Maintaining the work history until the tasks are closed down Verifying the master data in R/3 using T-Code PA30

Module Pool Program:


Created F4 and F1 function help for both PA and PD info types. Used 'F4IF_FIELD_VALUE_REQUEST, 'DYNP_VALUES_READ' and 'F4IF_INT_TABLE_VALUE_REQUEST' function modules for getting the data.

Batch Data Communication:


Migrated data from legacy system to R/3 system for various master records like course number, course name and course type using transactions PA30 (Bonus, Family Memebers, Arreas) respectively using BDC. Designed and coded a BDC program for Family Members details (PA30). Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Family Data from legacy system to SAP R/3 database. The data was uploaded using transaction PA30.

Reports:

Overtime details based on the personal area, business area, cost center Providing the staff moments based on the position and action type Determined current payroll results using the function module pyxx_read_payroll_result.

BDC:
Uploaded the goods recipient header data from the legacy system to sap system using batch data communication. Uploaded small amount data for the goods recipient item details using LSMW.

Module pool program: Developed screen layouts and coding using module pool programming for the purchase order details. Implement the logic for the database file document header and document details representing EBS Invoice using dialog programming.

Function Modules and subroutines: Report results send emails to the sap inbox internally using the function modules like so_document_send_api1 and so_object_send. Created internal subroutines for increasing the program performance. Created custom remote function module for sending data to the XI system.

Project 4: Learning Solution (LSO) Client System Role Duration Motorola, USA SAP R/3 (ECC 6.0) ABAP Consultant May 2007 to Oct 2008

Responsibilities: To develop SAP R/3 objects as per the specifications given by Functional Consultants. PA and PD OM info types creation and configuration settings about sub types. To develop Module pool program for PA and PD info types Batch Input Methods used to upload course, course type and etc data from legacy system to SAP system. Generated IDOCs for standard document and send e-mail to the receipts using BAPI method. Implemented BADIs for the special courses (corporate training for the employees). Developed reports using standard BAPIs Uploaded personal administration and personal development using LSMW. To develop outbound interface for courses into UNIX server. Module Pool Program:

Developed a Batch Input Program to upload employee Data from legacy system to SAP R/3 database. The data was uploaded using transaction pp02.

Payrolls:
Paid through dates for different benefits (Medical/Dental/FSA) are captured from the info type. This data need to be sent to TSO to update paid through date in claims fact. Cancel Paid through dates for different benefits are captured from the info type. Whenever the cancellation date is available on the record, the text file need to be sent to TSO to update cancel paid through date in claims fact. Updated custom info type records using the function module hr_infotype_operation. Determined current payroll results using the function module pyxx_read_payroll_result.

Project 5: Customer Support Services (CSS)

Client Armstrong System SAP R/3 (4.7EE) Role ABAP Consultant Duration Aug 2006 to March 2007 Responsibilities:
To develop SAP R/3 objects as per the specifications given by Functional Consultants. Modifying and Developed Classical and Interactive Report programs. Defined Variants for reports for outputting lists. Batch Input methods used to upload Material Master, Bill of Material, Purchase Order and Customer master, Sales Order, Shipping and Billing Call Transaction Method and LSMW tool used for data migration. Designed and developed Layout Sets in SAP Script for Purchase orders, Invoices, Goods receipt slips. Modification of SAP Script for Commercial Invoice, etc

Reports: Created vendor performance report that lists vendor name, materials supplied planned and actual Delivery times payments terms and prices. Created Reports in material master that outputs material vaulted stock, grouped by material NO, storage location, and unit of measure and description in addition to group totals. Created report gross weight for the customer for the current year and comparing the same with that of the previous year for the same period. Created commission report for the sales department sorted by sales representative.

Batch Data Communication:

Migrated data from legacy system to R/3 system for various master records like material master, Vendor Master and Customer Master using transactions MM01, XK01 and XD01 respectively using BDC. Designed and coded a BDC program for open purchase orders of known vendor (ME21) in Material Management. Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Vendor Master Data from legacy system to SAP R/3 database. The data was uploaded using transaction MM01, XK01. Designed and coded BDC program for sales orders that updates the records in the sales orders screen or will create new sales orders depending on the source data file from external system using transactions VA01 and VA02 .

SAP Scripts:
Worked on the SAP Script layout sets in MM modules. The document modified were layout set MEDRUCK, INVENT, RVORDER01, PM_related the corresponding print program modified as per the clients requirements. Modify the layout set and its print program for sales order

Project 6: Financial Investments for Micro Finance Client System Role Duration Mahaveer Finance Pvt Ltd SAP R/3 (4.7EE) ABAP Consultant April 2005 to May 2006

Responsibilities:
Reporting and maintenance of SAP Script Forms. Data migration using BDC.

Reports:
Reports created / modified: Interactive report which displays all the loans for one particular customer, the type of loan for that particular person, interest on loan, loan issue date and contact information about that customer. Report that lists the person details, person assets, type of loan and the loan date given the token number as user input. Report that displays all the late payments in a particular period of time.

BDC:
Designed and coded a BDC program for funds that update records in the finance screen or will create New loans that updated records on the source data file from external systems Developed BDC programs to upload the Finance data.

SAP Script:

Create the layout set for Share capital, fixed assets, Current Assets loans and advances, Current Liabilities, Secured Loans, Unsecured Loans, Investments, Current liabilities, Miscellaneous Expenditure, Other Income, Increase/Decrease in inventory, Manufacturing and other Expenses, Interest & financial charges, Profit & loss account, Grouping schedule, Balance sheet. Customized finance layout by adding person address and standard text.
