com Address: 31 Marshall Street, Fredericton N.B. E3A 4J8 Date and location: March 8th, 2011 at or around 10:00 a.m. at duplex 29 Marshall Street & 31 Marshall Street, Fredericton N.B. Three Fredericton Police Force Members involved: Constable Lingley Constable Coady Corporal Horseman March 8th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. March 8th 2011 at or about 10:00 a.m. at my residence of 31 Marshall Street, Fredericton N.B. I Andre Murray did discover unknown trespassers entering my residence after hearing the sounds of someone forcing there way into my residence. When I arrived at the first floor, after coming down the stairs, I immediately viewed individuals entering the dinning room area of my 31 Marshall Street, residence, having come through the kitchen door. I immediately identified myself as Andre Murray, Resident of 31 Marshall Street and demanded that individuals exit immediately. Four persons (two Police Officers) entered through the kitchen door and a police officer opened the exterior dinning room door for a fifth person (Corporal Horseman) to enter the 31 Marshall Street, residence. I re-identified myself as Andre Murray, Resident of 31 Marshall Street and demanded that everyone exit my residence immediately. I was told there was an arrest warrant for me, so I demanded to see it, my demand was refused. I was told there was a warrant to enter the building, so I demanded to see it, my demand was refused.

I was assaulted, battered and arrested by all three officers, Constable Lingley, Constable Coady and Corporal Horseman. I was forced into hand cuffs, placed in the back of a Police Cruiser, driven to the Fredericton Police Station. During my detention at the Police Station I spoke to a lawyer on the telephone, who provided legal advice. I was detained at the Fredericton Police Station until sometime after noon, at which point I was released without charge. I was driven to back to Marysville by Constable Lingley and Constable Coady. I did not at anytime consent to the Fredericton Police or anyone else entering my residence. I was never at anytime shown paperwork which substantiated the claims of a warrant for my arrest or a warrant for entry into my 31 Marshall Street residence, furthermore, my residence was unlawfully searched without a warrant and without permission. The Fredericton Police force Broke and Entered and Trespassed into my residence, without a warrant. The Fredericton Police force assaulted me, battered me, unlawfully detained me, transported me against my will to the Fredericton Police Station and held me without charge. The Fredericton Police force Conducted an illegal search of the 31 Marshall Street premises without a warrant. Note: The method that the individuals gained entry into the premises was to break through 31 Marshall Streets locked Steel Reinforced dividing Door. The frame was forcibly broken though, from the 29 Marshall Street side, which, once broken allowed the door to then swing open into 31 Marshall Street.
