Users can be enabled to selectively record calls, or portions of calls, on-demand from the phone or PC. The phone display (shown above) indicates when a call is being recorded for added assurance that a conversation is being captured. Flexible call recording options. The CallParrot system records calls occurring over analog, ISDN PRI (T1/E1 [23B+D/30B+2D]), and fractional ISDN PRI trunks. Users can configure the system to automatically record all calls or only those calls that match particular recording criteria. In addition, properly enabled users can trigger on-demand recording from the telephone or PC, at their discretion. On-demand capabilities. Properly enabled users can activate various CallParrot features from their telephones or PCs including recording only portions of calls, recording entire calls, not recording calls, or undoing prior commands. One of the most useful on-demand capabilities, Conversation Save, is described below. Conversation Save . CallParrot is still the only solution on the market that offers Conversation Save, which gives users the option to record an entire call since its inception by activating the feature any time prior to the calls end.

Intuitive retrieval interface. CallParrots simple PC interface enables users and supervisors to quickly locate and retrieve recorded calls for playback or distribution. Local storage and replay. Users can store and replay calls locally or remotely. Standard Windows-based audio replay. Users can replay recorded conversations from the desktop using virtually any audio replay software, such as Windows Media Player.
Recorded conversations are easily retrieved from the CallParrot server and replayed from the desktop by the users default media player. The standard .WAV audio conversation files can be attached to an email, posted to a web site, and distributed to anyone on virtually any PC.

Simple distribution. Depending on access permissions, users can distribute recorded calls to anyone as audio files in .WAV format. Any PC with the ability to play standard audio files can replay the calls. Users can attach the calls to e-mail, post them to an FTP server or web site, insert them into a PowerPoint presentation, and distribute them by virtually any means. Optional automatic audio file retrieval. Properly enabled users can modify settings to have auto-generated e-mail messages, with recorded calls attached, sent to themselves. By triggering this feature, users automatically receive recorded conversation files for local conversation storage on their PCs.
