With so many trade shows at the beginning of the year we promise to bring you the latest trends, colours, ideas and stunning new products to transform your home into your own unique space. This month I have shared with you some of the colour predictions and trends for 2012, have scoured the internet for some truly exciting websites for creating your own fabrics and wallpaper and uncovered some unusual ideas for making the most of your outside space. One of the most exciting trends for 2012 is hyperculture, the mixing of many different cultural influences to create a look which is just now. With easy access to global cultures due to cheap travel and the internet, were being influenced every day, often subconsciously, by other cultures and elements of these cant fail to influence our interiors choices. A key feature is the 3.6 metre extractor hood over the island unit and Riven black granite. A bespoke gas fire was cleverly incorporated into the kitchen design. Its narrow base then expands into a wide worktop divided into three functional areas: the cleaning area with integrated sink, the cooking area including a cooking hob, and a snack area.
