D. Interpretative recount Macbeth is a general under the Scottish king Duncan I. One day he and his friend Banquo meet three witches who predict that Macbeth will be king one day, and although Banquo will not be king but will beget kings. When Macbeth came home and reported this to his wife Lady Macbeth, she immediately drew up plans to kill Duncan who will visit and stay in their homes. After becoming king, Macbeth is afraid that Banquo will divulge secrets about the three witches, and ordered he be killed as well. Meanwhile, one other general named Macduff becomes suspicious of Macbeth's behavior that showed symptoms of fear and guilt. He later joined and Donalbain Malcolm, Duncan's two sons who also felt suspicious. Macbeth fears prompted him to search for sorcerers it again, and this time they predict that Macbeth will remain alive "until Great Birnam forest come to Dunsinane hill." In addition, also that Macbeth will not be killed by someone who was born of a woman. Thinking that this was impossible, Macbeth became arrogant and complacent will answer this. But Lady Macbeth is finally strong again and is crazy. Especially he felt

that there was blood stains on his hands that will not disappear even if washed many times. Malcolm and Macduff went to England and planning a coup to kill Macbeth. They finally attacked the castle Macbeth with a group of soldiers, carrying the tops of trees from the forest as a pseudonym Great Birnam (Birnam forest come to Dunsinane hill.) Macduff succeeded in forcing Macbeth to a duel with him. Macbeth still feel smug because based on the forecast sorcerers, he will never be killed by "someone who was born of a woman". But Macduff replies that he "was taken from his mother's womb" (with cesarean section). Macduff finally managed to cut off the head of Macbeth and handed the throne to Malcolm. E. Evaluation This story is understandable because the structure of text is arranged well. About orientation which tells the hero-commander of Macbeth and his wife's ambitions to become king and queen of Scotland. The conflict is culminate when Macduff wants to reveal the mystery of the kings Scotland killing, and Macbeth that is always be guilty because he has killed the king and in fear because he is haunted by the ghost of Banquo. And for the resolution, there was the war between Macbeth and Macduff that finally was won by Macduff. Unfortunately the resolution of this tragedy wasnt explained more. The plot of war that result Macduff cut off the head of Macbeth. That is at the beginning, Macbeth is very smug, and He believed that none can kill him. He must disappoint because Macduff can (because he wasnt born of a woman). And the last of tragedy just ended by the killing of Macbeth. F. Evaluative summative
