Ensure that safety precautionary measures are being followed and implemented. Handled faults from an Electrical and Instruments side. Maintain and keen checking all Motors and Instruments. Worked as commissioning Engineer in the Automation of Cement Mill. Create logics from the process according to the requirement.

THATTA CEMENT CO Ltd. Installation & Troubleshooting of Pt100, load Cells, Limit Switches, Thermo Couples, Proximity Switches, Pressure Transmitters & Gauges, Solenoid Valves, and Diaphragm Valves. Installations of Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic dampers. To check and Repair the Control system of Motors and Instruments. Installation of the variable frequency Drive. Termination of signal from site to PLC panels. Calibrate the sensors, Load cell, Thermocouple & opt isolators from the digital calibrator. Install and Check the V.S.D parameters and setting according to the requirements.
