In the current company my work Profile is to Help and give guidance to my team
in the user account creation , maintaining and debugging the technical issues
regarding Foster Wheeler’s employees user account.
Directing team to provide the access related to engineering project running in the
company.
My work is also to coordinate between engineering departments and IT department
of the company.
JOB SCOPE of ITUA ADMIN

• Email ID creation – Lotus Notes (Lotus Notes Account Creation - FW


Employees / Non-FW Employees (Eg., Clients, Partners, etc.,).
• Lotus Notes Configuration
• Administration and resolving the Lotus Notes related issues of users(Internal
users)
• Remote Lotus Notes access & Configuration
• AD analysis for user accounts relating to project, Depts,Internet and login
problems
• Windows Login creation -
• Providing Access to Site, Department (Microsoft Active Directory)
• Providing Access to Project and its Resources
• Providing Access to Internet
• Providing Access to Standard applications through Citrix (Lotus notes,
Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer)
• Access to Department & Project specific applications through Citrix
• Process User Account Transfer
• Process all request forms, leasing with the UK IT Operational Manager and
user, where required; Maintain records of all requests for audit purposes, in
accordance with the current procedure
• Awareness of the current Service Level Agreements / Targets to process a
user request
• Manage the System Administration E-mail stationery and E-mail inbox and
process requests accordingly. Manage and maintain up-to-date System
Administration working practices.
• Apart from this, my role is based within the service desk working area and
reporting to the Service Desk Manager, however, it excludes: service desk
call logging activities (Taking call) and Server Management.

• Mitrefinch System, Assigning Man numbers (Employee Number) for Partners


and Clients

• Global Contact Point for User Creation and Access Request. (For all branches
of FW Follow up Problem tickets logged by IT Help Desk for Desktop Support
in Service Center.

• Providing Access to Notes Databases, Internet Access, CITRIX Application


Access, Global Intranet Access.

• Process the leavers (designees’) account in Mainframe system.

• Liaise with Logistics group in Reading [UK] for logical request queries.
• Manage and process all incoming request, Request include, but are not limited
to, Account creations (e.g., Active Directory, Lotus Notes & CITRIX), Internet
Access, Access to Data, Leaver requests forms, etc.,
