Summary of Incident/Arrest: Gregory Marks of Morris Township, NJ was charged with DWI. On January 01, 2012 Sgt. Mark DiCarlo and Lt. Ed Conrads observed a blue Toyota Celica driving erratically on Summit Rd. After stopping the vehicle, the officers determined Marks was operating his vehicle while impaired. He was arrested for DWI and his vehicle was impounded. After he completed processing at Morris Township Police HQ, he was released pending a future date in Municipal Court. Rich Ferrone Contact Number: 973-326-7482 Incident: Marijuana Possession I.R. #: 2012-00434 Date/Time: January 06, 2012@12:07AM Location: West Hanover Ave. Summary of Incident/Arrest: On January 06, 2012 at approximately 12:07 am Ptl. Dan Elig stopped a green Volvo on West Hanover Ave. for an equipment violation. When Ptl. Elig made contact with the driver, Ennis and his passengers, he immediately noticed what he suspected was the odor of burning marijuana. After consenting to the officers request to search the vehicle a small amount of suspected marijuana was located. Ennis was arrested and processed at Police HQ. He was later released pending a future court date in Municipal Court. Suspect/Defendant(s): Name(1): Daniel J. Ennis Age: 20 Town: Madison, NJ Charges: Possession of Under 50 grams of Marijuana; Maintenance of Lamps; Failure to Exhibit a Valid Registration

On January 9, 2012, Ptl. Chris Tongring observed a white Toyota Camry driving 80mph in a 55mph zone of Route 287. Investigation determined Tighe was operating his vehicle while impaired. He was arrested and his vehicle was impounded. After he completed processing at Morris Township Police HQ, he was released pending a future court date in Municipal Court. Rich Ferrone Contact Number: 973-326-7482 Incident: DWI I.R. #: 2012-01163 Date/Time: January 15, 2012@05:02am Location: Madison Avenue Summary of Incident/Arrest: John Crawford of New Providence, NJ was charged with DWI. On the morning of January 15, 2012, Ptl. Dan Elig was checking the business lots along Madison Avenue. He then observed a blue Toyota running in the parking lot of the Madison Hotel. Investigation determined the man behind the wheel, Crawford was impaired. He was arrested and his vehicle was impounded. After he completed processing at Morris Township Police HQ, he was released pending a future court date in Municipal Court. Rich Ferrone Contact Number: 973-326-7482 Incident: Marijuana Possession I.R. #: 2012-01577 Date/Time: January 20, 2012@12:33AM Location: Route 287 Summary of Incident/Arrest: On January 20, 2012 Ptl. Clay Boeninghaus stopped Jordon Kaminski, 32 of Pennington, NJ and his passenger, Domenico Migliacci, 37 of New Hope, PA. for an equipment violation. The two were traveling in a red Ford Taurus southbound on Route 287. Upon making contact with the occupants, he noticed their nervous behavior and the distinct odor of raw marijuana coming from within the vehicle. After receiving permission to search the vehicle, the officer discovered more than three (3) pounds of suspected marijuana in a hidden compartment. It was later learned that the transaction was made in a New England state where they had paid approximately $14,000.00 for the contraband. The two were charged with possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and with intent to distribute more than an ounce of marijuana but less than five pounds. They were remanded to the Morris County Jail in lieu of posting a $25,000.00 bail. Assisting in the investigation was Morris County Sheriffs Officer Reilly, his K-9 Koby and the Sheriffs Dept. Criminal Investigation Section. Summary of Incident/Arrest: On January 20, 2012 at approximately 01:49 am Ptl. Jeremiah Crowley observed a white Jeep Grand Cherokee failing to stay in its lane on Mendham Rd. When Ptl. Crowley stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, he immediately noticed that the suspect appeared to be impaired. After performing psychophysical tests the driver, Furlong was arrested for DWI. Furlong was processed at Police HQ and released pending a future court date in Municipal Court. Rich Ferrone Contact Number: 973-326-7482 Incident: Marijuana Possession I.R. #: 2012-02082 Date/Time: January 26, 2012@12:51AM Location: West Hanover Ave. Summary of Incident/Arrest: On January 26, 2012 at approximately 12:51 am Ptl. Jeremiah Crowley stopped a black Toyota on West Hanover Ave. for failing to maintain its lane & signal when turning. When Ptl. Crowley made contact with the driver, Emily Bradford, of Basking Ridge, NJ he immediately noticed what he suspected was the odor of burnt marijuana. After consent to search the car was granted by Bradford, officers found her purse to contain suspected marijuana, and the vehicle to contain two glass pipes commonly used to smoke marijuana, zip-lock baggies that packaged marijuana, and a Pepsi can with a false bottom used to store the zip-lock baggies. Bradford was processed at Police HQ and released pending a future court date in Municipal Court. Suspect/Defendant(s): Name(1): Emily Bradford Age: 19 Town: Basking Ridge, NJ Charges: Possession of Under 50 grams of Marijuana; 2C:35-10a(4) Possession of Paraphernalia for Inhalation of CDS; 2C:36-2 Possession of Paraphernalia with intent to package CDS; 2C:36-2 Failure to Maintain Lane; 39:4-88b
