Our Principal Dr.(Mrs)P.Esther Ranjini received a special award from the Governor of Tamil Nadu for the Best Performance of students in the Republic Day Parade in Jan.2002. 2. The Mylapore Academy, R.A.Puram, Chennai-28 presented the Golden Jubilee Year Award to YMCA College of Physical Education for Associating with them for 3 years in Sports for Special Category Children. This Award was received by the College Chairman Dr.Alexander, IAS (Retd) on 19.2.2005. 3. St.Johns Ambulance Association presented an award to YMCA College for sending more number of students to attend First Aid Course for the year 2004-05.
