HYCHURCH MODULES
HyChurch Suite is made up of 8 modules at the current version on hand. New modules, future modifications, and bug (if any) fixes will be made available for free via updates.

1. ADD MEMBER
This module is designed to capture every usable data from members of your church. There are four (4) categories of member information i.e. Personal Information, Office/School/Work Information, Contact Information, and Membership Information. Member photos can also be captured / scanned and saved. You can customize some of the input fields to suit your church; this can be done from the Settings Module.

2. MEMBERS
Member information stored in the database can be viewed using this module. The data is presented in a fully customizable tabular format. You can choose to view individual records and perform other functions with the opened record e.g. printing and modifications.

3. ADVANCED SEARCH
The Advanced Search module helps you run complex search queries on the members data stored in the database. The search fields are fully customizable. You can build search queries, run them and also save the queries; this way, you do not have to build your queries again and again.

4. SCHEDULER
The Scheduler Module helps you run automatic and manual sms or email schedules. For example, the Scheduler can automatically send birthday messages, wedding anniversary felicitation, season greetings and other programmed announcement or reminders to all the members who have their mobile numbers contained in the databank. Emergency messages can also be sent using the Scheduler e.g. emergency meetings.

5. REPORTS
The Reports Module provides you with up-to-date statistics at a glance. The available reports on this module are members statistics by gender, count, age group, birthdays, departments or societies and more. The solution can also keep track of church sessions/meetings attendance as well as new converts which can give a full statistical analysis on yearly or otherwise basis. For example, you can check how many of the church members have birthdays in this month or the participation level in the various departments and more.

6. BACKUP
The Backup Module ensures you do not lose any data due to human error or system failure. You can backup your application settings and data to a removable drive. For security reasons, the backup data stored on your removable drive is encrypted and can only be accessed by your own licensed copy of HyChurch. You can backup your custom application settings and the data stored in the database.

7. REMOTE DATA SYNCHRONIZATION

LiveSecure is our remote, full-service backup and data security program designed to protect ALL your valuable data by automatically transferring them over the internet and storing them safely in our secure servers. In the event of any mishap with your local drive or machine, you can synchronize your local application with your LiveSecure account and all your data will be downloaded to your local application just as the very last (current) state of the databank. Note, this secure facility can only be accessible only by your church using the license key obtained on full software authorisation by the developer.

8. SETTINGS
You can use the Settings Module to completely customize HyChurch to suit your churchs specific needs. In this module, you can add, edit or delete your own custom form fields. You can also customize your reports with your church name, logo, manage your application users and more.

9. SECURITY
Your HyChurch Suite is completely secured from unauthorized use. You can set up user accounts with different access levels to the different parts of the application. For example, a user could be allowed to only add or view records while a user with higher access levels can add, view and also delete records.
