National Commissioners Forum / Meeting held on 21 December 2011 at NHQ, PBSA, Islamabad. National Commissioner Forum was held on 21st December, 2011 at National Headquarters, PBSA. The Forum was presided over by the Chief Commissioner Mr. Justice Agha Rafiq Ahmed Khan. Future project proposals and job description for the following

Qureshi National Commissioner Trg. & Prog., PBSA 2) Syed Mahmood Hashmi, National Commissioner, Publications & P.R, PBSA 3) Mr. Irfan Qureshi, National Commissioner for Community Development & Projects 4) Mr. Muhammad Majid Bashir, National Commissioner, Legal Affairs, PBSA 5) Syed Iqbal Shah, National Commissioner, Coordination & Growth of Scouting, PBSA 6) Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Memon, National Commissioner, NHQ, PBSA Finance Committee Meeting held on 21 December 2011 at NHQ, PBSA, Islamabad. The meeting of the Finance Committee of PBSA was held on 21 December 2011 at NHQ, PBSA, Islamabad. Mr. Ghulam Ali Shah Pasha, Chairman of the Committee / Sr. Dy. Chief Commissioner, PBSA presided over the meeting. Meeting was attended by Mr. Nizam ud Din Mengal (Balochistan), Cdr (Retd) Aftab A. Qureshi Commissioner Trg. & Prog. / Director (NHQ), Syed Maqbool Raza, HT, PBSA and Mr. Abuzar Mansoor Acting Secretary, PBSA, Syed Iqbal Shah and Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Memon attended as observers. expenditures of 2011 (July December, 2011) were approved by the Committee. The Committee also discussed to explore the income generating projects. Financial state of PBSA was discussed and the Committee suggested ways and means to enhance its finances. It was strongly recommended that Scout Foundation should be activated. Mr. Abuzar Mansoor, Acting Secretary, PBSA thanked all the members of the Committee for participation and suggesting proposals for uplifting the financial state of PBSA. Preparation of 2nd Integration Camp India & Pakistan National Headquarters, PBSA has started prepration for holding 2nd Integration Camp India & Pakistan in Islamabad from 20-24 March, 2012. Commissioner / Director Training & Program Cdr (Retd) Aftab A. Qureshi, National Commissioner Coordination Syed Iqbal Shah and Dy. Director Training Zahid Mahboob met with Syed Mahmood Hashmi, Chief Executive, Orient Advertising Pvt. Ltd./ Commissioner PR & Publication PBSA and discussed the arrangements on arrival
