Therefore you are hereby directed to return all company property, advances and settle any other dues you owe the company without further delay. As I had vouched for you at the time of letting out the premises to you, on your request, I have also received a call from your landlord asking for you. He has informed me that you have intimated him about vacating the premises based on the fact that you have been transferred in your current job, to Hyderabad. Which is not the truth. For my Accomodation 4,500/- Paid by you to ARM mansion for 15 days Here you told me to provide 10 days accomodation. So, For rest of 5 days I have to pay for Rs. 1,500/-

Premises Advance Rs. 20,000/- (in July) Here you deducted my July salary 19days from July 13 to July 31st.So, BalanceI have to pay Rs. 1,000/cash advance 15,000/- (in Sept ending). Here you deducted total 15,000/in november(from october salary) Total I have to pay : Rs. 2,500/-

Amounts returned by me to management: In october ending Rs. 6,000/- given to Ritu

So, Totally i have to get Rs. 6,000 - 2,500/- = 3,500/- and my December salary. Please, settle the amounts without further delay. Thank you.

JULY : Joining date 13th. But u told that take up classes from 15th.with o ut any salary cuttings for those 2 days. My put up in ARM mansion started on 13th. Total 15 days i was in ARM ma nsion as You promised me that u can provide starting ac commodation for 10days. Here, per 1 day Rs. 300/- in mansion. so total amount pa id by company for 15 days was Rs. 4,500/I took advance Rs.20,000/- from you regarding my house advance purpose . AUGUST : I didn't get any salary. So i felt that my salary was deducted for the given advance in previous month. SEPTEMBER: I got a cheque of Rs. 30,000/-( August Salary ). But i was unable t o clear the cheque because i didn't have bank account in that month. In the month ending, because of the same reason above, i requested and received Rs. 15,000 in cash from management. OCTOBER: I got my "September" salary Rs. 30,000/- to my IDBI Bank account. In October ending, i returned Rs. 6,000/- to management for the total Rs. 15,000/- i had to be returned. NOVEMBER : I got my "October" salary Rs. 15,000/-. Here you deducted total Rs.

15,000/- instead of Rs. 9,000/- from my salary. DECEMBER: I got my "November" salary Rs. 25,000/- ( I took 5 days leave for my s ister's marriage but i intimated priorly only). So, I have to receive my December salary and Rs. 2,500/- from all above details. These are the details till now to my knowledge. Please verify. Thank you! While going to Cause for my absence, You declared 30,31st of December as holidays to all faculty members. I informed you through mail on 29th December that i am going to Hyderabad, why b ecause i left from office early on 29th, at 3:20 PM. Even I should be there in office on 2nd January only, but unfortunately i got 10 3*F fever on 31st to 2nd January, i was nearly unconscious so that i couldn't ma ke or receive any calls. No problem for the termination. But, I would feel better at least 15 days prior intimation. Till now, I never left a company, without prior intimation.
