CONTRACT TERMS
1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY After evaluation of your CV and work experience(s), we found you qualified to work with our team. Hence, The Macdonald Burlington Hotel seeks to employ your services as a member of staff of this Hotel as stipulated in the following acts and conditions herein. This document embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract. 2.0 DESIGNATION: FINANCE OFFICER The work location will be in Birmingham at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, be sure to report to the HR Manager/Representatives upon arrival to conclude prospects of screening and other logistics. 3.0 SALARY INDICATION/ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS BASIC MONTHLY SALARY: 2,900 GBP (Two Thousand Nine Hundred British Pound Sterling) only as your NET Salary. Travel Insurance, Medical Insurance. HAZARD/INCONVENIENCES: 275.00 GBP (Monthly). HOUSING & FURNISHINGS: 2,850.00 GBP (Yearly)

4.0 JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT Your resumption date is 5th March, 2012. Your probationary (training/orientation period) will run within one month from your resumption date from 6th March, 2012 5th April, 2012. After your one month probationary (training/orientation) period here in the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, you will be expected to resume working at posted location in the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham. Work Hours: Mondays through Fridays, Time: 7.00am to 3:55pm with break period of 2hrs hours only, beginning from 12.00noon to 2.00pm. Fridays are work free day for our Muslims Employees. Employees shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if their work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall be liable to increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service. 5.0 GRANTS & LOANS OLD SCHEME HOUSING LOAN: One (1) year service to Macdonald Burlington Hotel is required for eligibility. Starters amount will be 15,000.00 GBP can be repaid within ten (10) years with 5% interest. LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starters amount will be 5,500.00 GBP can be re-paid within five (5) years TRAFFORD BUSINESS LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply starters amount will be 10,000.00 GBP to 30,000.00 GBP annually. 6.0 LEAVE PERIOD Employees are entitled to 2 times leave in a year, the duration of the leave is one month each. Employee will receive 5,000.00 GBP take home for each leave period. 7.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION Employee is expected to reside at the Macdonald Burlington Hotels Housing Estate if they so wish. There are double bedroom and flat options for Employee to choose from. Family package status is available for Employee that wishes to relocate with Family. Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general staff canteens. Dietary option, customized cooks and dieticians are available options. 8.0 MEDICAL/HEALTH

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family. Employee shall be entitled to comprehensive health care services, which are to be administered by medical experts on job locations. In a case of emergency situation, an Employee will be flown to his home country or any country suitable for the best medical attention. This decision can be influenced by the findings of the Macdonald Burlington Hotel medical experts, unless the Employee in question states otherwise. 9.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY/ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS Two months salary (Inclusive of all allowances & benefits) shall be paid in advance before employee relocates to new job location. All payments of salary after assumption of duty in Birmingham shall be made in full to the salary account of the Employer. This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws. 10.0 TRAVEL PLANS/RELOCATION Expenses made/incurred by the Employee related to job before commencement of duties shall be substantiated and reimbursed by the Employer on the conditions stated below: The Employee will be reimbursed by the Employer for reasonable moving expense(s) incurred ONLY as a result of relocation, early termination of leases, storage charges and procurement of travel document, immunizations etc. Reimbursement shall be made before Employee embark on his/her trip to Birmingham, England, not later than seven (7) working days after submission of Employees expense report and receipt from country of origination. An Open Flight Ticket will be issued to the Employee by the Employer as soon as the Employer received confirmation from the Immigration Office on the approval of Work Permit and Foreign Affairs Certificate and all other supporting immigration documents of the Employee. Reimbursement shall be made to ONLY those who applied for them. Expenses made by the employer in relation to household equipments, pets, and other personal assets shall not be reimbursed as these would be considered employees responsibility. Employee is strongly advised to keep original receipts and evidence of payment(s) of payment made before arrival in Birmingham, England as reimbursement applications made without receipt or evidence of payment shall be denied.

11.0 AGREEMENT This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous contracts, written and verbal, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Neither party may assign their obligations nor rights under this agreement to any other person in any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written consent of Macdonald Burlington Hotel. No waiver of any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the provision. This Agreement is constructed in accordance with section 8 of British Employment Act 1963. A single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising out of this agreement.
