Platinum Mall

For shopping and hangout, Mumbai is like a paradise for shopping lovers. Apart from the usual market for shopping, the city is also full of malls that cater to everyone right from brand conscious people to those looking for reasonable items. The concept of shopping malls has enabled people to shop for everything under one roof, without having to roam around under the naked glare of the sun. Most of them also comprise of cinema halls, so that you can easily spend the entire day at a single place. Read on further to know about the shopping malls in the Bombay city of India. The specialized ones deal in sports items, wedding, jewelry etc. Whereas, other malls have almost everything, ranging from clothes, shoes, things of daily need, restaurants, designer watches & purses, games court, electronics, music galleries, beauty salons to lounge. The main purpose behind shopping malls is to ensure comfortable shopping to the people, where they can park their car, leave children in their favorite game court, shopping to their hearts content from various outlets and finally, munch at the best restaurant. Here is the list of all malls in mumbai with their address and phone number and location. The concept of shopping malls has overtaken the popularity of the bazaars that was the hallmark of Indian tradition. Shopping malls is basically a western concept but Indians simply love the mall mantra that has spread far and wide. Indians love shopping in the air-conditioned malls and saving time is the main objective of mall shopping.

CONCLUSION:
We all know that Indian culture is colorful and markets, bazaars are the main essence of this, our tradition says shopping from different markets and shops but now people are not even thinking of that and looking more and malls around them. The great Indian mall boom is here. Even Mumbai has found space for over 23 mega mall projects since 2003. From construction magnates, automobile manufacturers and even diversified conglomerates - wannabe retail players are lining up to get a piece of the mall pie. But there are warning signs that alls not well - mall rentals in Gurgaon plummeted by 20% within a month in the first quarter of 2005. A leading retailer recently vacated a prestigious mall in Mumbai even before the first year of tenancy was completed. The construction cost of a mall of global standards is in the range of Rs 1,500-2,000 per square foot. Thus mall investments are significant and require a break-even horizon of anywhere from 5 to 10 years. To sustain interest in a mall for that period of time requires serious thought and long-term planning.
