Outreach Services
We specialize in public involvement and outreach for environmental planning and compliance; environmental justice, facility planning and facility environmental program management; civil infrastructure (transportation, wastewater treatment); and master planning. Our Listen Engage Analyze Feedback (LEAF Model) is a comprehensive public outreach process that will facilitate success in reaching your target market. Project Spotlight
Phase Reconstruction of Riggs Road and South Dakota NE Roadway Project, District Department of Transportation, District of Columbia (On-going). Nspiregreen provides Public Involvement and Outreach services for construction rehabilitation project in northeast Washington, DC. This includes meeting with Stakeholders such as elected officials, property owners, businesses, and residents to determine and address concerns; coordinating and facilitating coordination meetings between DDOT, construction management team, and stakeholders; maintaining a community issues log and work with construction team to resolve issues; and keeping community updated on construction progress. Non-Industrial Waste Management, Texas Instruments, Dallas, Texas. Developed reduction programs for nonindustrial waste materials to achieve zero waster resources. Created and maintained a written process for each stream. Achieve an average annual waste efficiency rate of 92% at a manufacturing facility of over 2500 employees. Project Spotlight
Braddock Metro Neighborhood Community Funds: City of Alexandria, VA. Developed cost estimates, funding formulas and city policy for developer contribution to the community amenities and a one-acre neighborhood park funds. Collaborated with the community, developers, and City staff during the process. Authored report to Planning Commission and City Council. (Veronica O. Davis while at City of Alexandria) !

Additional Experience
We have been successful before and we will do the same for you. Here are some examples of our vast experience: Landfill Remediation and Closure, Confidential Client, Maryland (Ongoing). The Maryland Department of the Environment issued a Consent Decree that outlines specific actions and reporting requirements for remediation and closure of the landfill. Nspiregreen supports the prime contractor by monitoring remediation activities to ensure deadlines outlined in the Consent Order are met to avoid penalty. Additionally, we are responsible for community and stakeholder outreach. Engineering Program Management 3C Sewer System, DC Water, District of Columbia (On-going) Nspiregreen supports prime contract on 5-year project, which includes providing facilitation services for meetings between DC Water and stakeholders such as National Park Service and supporting DC Waters community outreach team by providing additional capacity. Emerald Cities Collaborative White Papers, Georgia STAND-UP, Inc., Georgia (2010). Atlanta Georgia was selected as one of the cities for the Emerald Cities Collaborative to green public buildings. Nspiregreen developed white papers outlining recommendations for Georgia STAND-Ups role as the lead in stakeholder outreach and green job workforce development within the Collaborative. Correspondence to Presidents Taskforce, The Gulf Coast Fund for Community Renewal and Ecological Health, Louisiana (2010). Nspiregreen authored a letter to President Barrack H. Obamas Ecosystem Restoration Taskforce expressing the Gulf Coast Funds desire to partner with the Taskforce throughout the development of strategy and the long-term restoration process.
