VI.f. Recourse

Index ADD A RECOURSE MODIFY A RECOURSE

A recourse is an instance to whom the user can address it complain in case of disagreement about the step, and this instance is designated as the step's sheet as a contact. The recourse is the immediate hierarchical superior of the person in charge of the step. In practice, we only fill the field of the entity, unit and person in charge. The other elements of the recourse's sheet are unselected by default and we shall only fill them if the corresponding information is to be known by the user. As for the contacts, we shall make sure to use the existing entities, units and persons in charge before creating new entries in the table.
