SIEMENS Healthcare Systems – IGI is working with the SORIAN Financials - Revenue Cycle Management product
engineering team to build a comprehensive Rules Engine for Claims processing. A blended onsite-offshore team is
deployed and Agile methodology is utilized to deliver fast releases.
MEDCOM USA – IGI has built a complete clearing house solution that includes a Provider Portal, Eligibility, Online and
batch Claims submission, Payment processing and Claim Status and other reporting capabilities. The solution also has
an inbuilt Business Intelligence, Rules Engine and Routing mechanism and connectivity gateway. This solution is
currently managed by a dedicated team of offshore resources managed by an onsite Project Manager.
HealthEdge - IGI's certified HealthRules deployment engineers will provide a full range of services to HealthEdge
clients including customization, report generation, system installation, configuration, testing, training, data conversion
and project management. Execution utilizes a dual shore model.
MD Online – IGI has built and deployed the Online Claims Submission , Eligibility, Referral capability as well as the
Prescription solution that provides direct connectivity to Medicaid and Medicare as well as to many other Payers directly
or through clearing houses.
VioCare – IGI has built and supports the Personal Health Record portal solution. This portal is deployed in communities
that allow users to participate in the Wellness programs. Integrated with devices to track heart rate, steps walked etc.
Interfaced with Microsoft's HealthVault SDK to store and retrieve PHR information.
Medical Billing Resources - IGI re-engineered the exiting legacy system to a .NET platform. The system imports
claims in varying format from hospitals, allows billing clerks to annotate the claims, applies claim billing rules. Outputs
are generated to send to payers or patients. Collections module, Archive Module, Extensive Billing modules were
added to the product.
