Please include the following evidence in your staff binder: A copy of your syllabus for the year All informal OBs notes/reflections 3 Formal OBs evaluation sheets o In addition to informal observation notes, three formal observations should also be included in your binder. One formal OBs by the Head of School, one formal OBs from the AHOS and one formal OBs from a colleague of your choosing. (Teacher mentees are highly encouraged to utilize their Teacher Mentor for this OBs) Staff are always welcome to ask for/include additional formal OBs. An EOY reflection on your performance related to your pre-stated goals an objectives AN EOY evaluation from the AHS HOS/AHOS An attendance record (Only document days missed/late arrival/leaving early)
