1. Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines (referred to as "Cardholder"), are active and in good credit standing. 2. Promo period is from November 15 to December 31, 2011. 3. Every P3,000 purchase using the Citibank Credit Card, in straight or PayLite within the promo period, at Toy Kingdom, entitles the Cardholder to receive one (1) free toy (Hot Wheels basic car or a Barbie rings and bracelet set). A maximum of two (2) toys will be given per transaction per day. 4. Cashier will automatically provide the corresponding quantity of toys to the Citibank Cardholder who uses his/her Citibank Credit Card in the store. 5. Splitting of one (1) transaction into several approvals will not be allowed. 6. All privileges are not convertible to cash. 7. The Cardholder agrees that should his/her transaction be found to be fraudulent or in violation of the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the card or these Promo Terms and Conditions, or Citibank policies, and other rules and regulations. Citibank reserves the right to charge the cost of the free item received to his/her Citibank Credit Card. 8. Citibank shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any misplaced, lost or stolen free items. 9. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Program or for any redemption shall be resolved by Citibank. 10. All Citibank PayLite Installment purchases are subject to the standard Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Citibank Credit Cards and all related provisions of the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan. Terms and Conditions

1. The Citibank Avid Buy 1 Get 1 Deals Promo (the Promo) is available to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders whose Citibank Credit Cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines (referred to as Cardholders,) are active, in good credit standing, and have available credit lines. The Promo will run from October 7 to December 15, 2011. 2. Citibank Cardholders shall get free premium items for the purchase of selected electronics and gadgets at any participating AV Surfer, Sony Centre, or Vaio Shop by Avid branches using the Citibank Card whether on straight charge or 0% PayLite up to 24 months during the promo period. 3. To claim the free premium item/s, the Cardholder must present the sales slip and the Citibank Card which he/she used for the installment purchase to the Cashier of the participating AV Surfer, Sony Centre, or Vaio Shop by Avid branch at which he/she made the purchase. Redemption period is until 60 days from end of promo period. 4. The free items are not convertible to cash or credit. 5. PayLite is available for a single-receipt purchase of at least P3,000.00. Citibank PayLite Installment purchases are subject to approval based on the available credit limits at the time of purchase. 6. In case of disputes, Citibanks decision with the approval of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable. 7. Subject to Section 9, the price of the featured products purchased under the 0% PayLite Installment Plan shall be interest-free for the duration of the installment plan. The 0% Installment Plan is available for 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24month terms applicable on selected products only.

8. In the event that a Citibank PayLite merchant from whom the Cardholder purchased the goods or services for future delivery ceases to operate, the Cardholder shall be billed and shall be liable to pay for all unpaid periodic Citibank PayLite Installments until the entire total amount payable is paid in full. 9. If the Cardholder chooses to pay only a portion of his Total Amount Due as indicated in the Statement of Account, the unpaid portion of the Citibank PayLite Monthly Installment Due shall be subject to the monthly finance charge at the prevailing rate of his/her card type. Usual late payment charge applies. 10. Pre-payment of the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan shall be allowed without pre-payment penalty. Should the Cardholder wish to terminate his/her Citibank PayLite transaction/s before the Term ends, he/she must pay the remaining Citibank PayLite principal amount plus a cancellation processing fee of P300. 11. All Citibank PayLite Installment purchases are subject to the standard Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Citibank Credit Cards and all related provisions of the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan.
