EXPERIENCE o A dedicated & seasoned professional with over 18 years and 6 month of extensive experience
in Project, Manufacturing, Development, maintenance, Quality, and Safety. Design, Plant Operations, entail production,

o During 18 years: Built 4 complete float lines (500 ~ 700 TPD) Cold repairs of 600 TPD Float line. 2 Architectural Plants in AIS INDIA Provided utility engineering to more than 10 projects in China. Maintenance of 2 float lines in AIS India ( 1994 to 2001)
Shift manager in AIS India (2001 to 2004) Handling Of Projects in AIS India (2004 to 2007)

o Presently working as a PROJECT MANAGER (New Float Plant, Container and Cold / Hot repairs). o Significant experience in Project handling and cost estimation, marketing,
planning & execution for plant expansion, modernization and installation / commissioning of equipments. Expertise in determining companys mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & corporate objectives; successful management of the entire operations with focus on top line and bottom-line performance. Adroit in conducting regular evaluations of project feasibility, availability, quality assurance, continuous improvement, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing, training, succession planning and cost management.

Estimating the cost of Project, Prepare Quotation for the project, Negotiate the price / technical issue with the customer. Negotiating price with vendor / supplier, Raising purchase / Negotiating with vendors for the project. Key member in designing the complete project, Visit the working site regularly and finally station at the site till handing over the project. At worksite co-ordination with client for smooth handling of Refractory, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction and Commissioning Activity. Provide project management to Client if required by customer.

Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Other activities Experience of Designing the lay out for float glass line and architectural line. Strong in Installation, Start up & Maintenance of Float Glass Utilities, Batch House, Furnace,

Bath, Lehr, Cold End & Material Handling Equipments, Cullet Return System. Also have cool down experience of the Float plants for cold repairs. Start up of Architectural & Automotive Glass plant & its Utilities.

Glass Company (AGC) Japan in 1994. Erection & Commissioning of green field FLOAT GLASS Project of 700 TPD in 2005 ~ 2007 at Rorkee in collaboration with Glaverbel Belgium

Managed Erection & Commissioning of green field FLOAT GLASS Project of 600 TPD in 2007 ~ 2009 at Yanbu
Saudi Arabia.

Designed the complete utility for the Saratov Russia Cold repair of float 2 Mulia glass Jakarta. Presently working on the Float cold repair and container of Mulia glass Jakarta.
AS A MAINTENANCE Engineer(1994 to 2001). Maintenance of following equipments at Taloja plant Handled shift operation management of entire float line for 3 yrs. Spout lip replacement 2 times. LOR Rollers & lehr rollers replacement

Indigenous development of CNC machines for glass cutting. Indigenous development of online glass unloading machine.
Installation of Metal bath side heaters on line. Designing the system for the Energy Efficiency, Time Yields, Process Yield and giving Exactness and Mistake Proofing in Process and Cost Reduction.

Compressors (worked on Atlas Copco, Kesar, I.R., C.P.T.)


Power plants up to 10Mw (1.5MwDG of Cummins and Man).

Adeptly handled an array of operations, entailing Planning, Production, and Quality time management strategy. Played a pivotal role in equipment erection and commission and completed within time frame.

Played a pivotal role in warehouse management ( Belt for bundle) . Complete indigenous design & drawing of utility piping & its equipment, batch house equipments for the ASAHI
INDIA Roorkee float plant. Erection of furnace tin bath under the Glaverbel technology supervision.

Furnace erection under the supervision of Glaverbel and in close co-ordination of CTE and
Rockwool, a local contractor. Tin bath erection with co-ordination of Glaverbel Belgium.

Complete design & drawing of utility piping, equipments for the Roorkee float plant,(Furnace Oil,
Diesel Oil, Cooling Water, Compressed Air, LPG, Nitrogen & Hydrogen, SO2 system, Over head tank, STP, ETP,R.O) Erection & Commissioning of Power plants up to 10Mw (1.5MwDG of Cummins and Man). Indigenously designed Batch House (Mettler Toledo Scales.) Overall supervision of Erecting of batch house and float furnace steel etc. Merkle Metal bath with 18 bays and 21 bays.
