Precedents:

We have realized that every problem in our society starts home, so we decided to start inculcating culture in home; starting in ourselves, so we later inculcate it in our family and friends, and so do they with their families and friends.

What do we want to do? We want to bring culture to Acapulco, because we think it is very important; and even if we have the resources to do it, we never do it because the lack of culture in the city hasnt been given the importance it has. With MUNDOACA were planning to radically change the way we live, creating a whole new vision of the city in which we live. We have this new concept that consists in bringing new ways of healthy entertainment to Acapulco, like sports, art, education; all in one project. We are a new association that lacks of capital; but we count with many resources and places that may help. For example, the Convention Center has many space and resources that are not well used. We have the proposal to adequate it to our vision; dividing it so sport events, arts, theatre plays, musiccould fit in there. But this clubs would become very interactive and attractive so families, kids, and adults took a chance on them. We will also bring theatre plays, festivals, reading clubs to the city. And in addition to promoting culture in our city, it would become a major tourist attraction, thus making our city a better place. To begin, what our association is trying to do is to promote culture in our city, starting with our school, along with our community and expanding it throughout the city, which in turn, is followed throughout the state, achievieng the motivation of the citizens. What mainly motivated us to create this partnership was the lack of culture in our city. Lately, the country has been witnessing acts of vandalism such as drugs, kidnappings, robberies, murders, and lots of unpleasant things. And we realized that the main reason is that people, for lack of culture, begin to do things without really knowing what they get involved into and end up ruining his life and others life. Our mission is to create recreational facilities provided of everything, both sports and music, theater, dance, etc. .. This would not only focus in some people, but in all the citizens interested and attracted. So our overall objective is to promote culture in Acapulco, which will succeed in implementing recreation centers where there are all kinds of culture, but in a fun way for people to be attracted to this new idea and also to join, or invite friends to join. We would also like to bring more plays, concerts and film festivals.

What is a Civil Association? A civil association is a legal person, constituted by a set of individuals (called partners), that with permission of the state, come together to engage in activities that tend to the common good. The feature that distinguishes them is not the pursue of a commercial or economic gain, so it is common that they are also denominated as "Civil Nonprofit Entities" The Statute is the main legal instrument of the Association, it is the social contract that governs the life of the institution and all its partners are required to observe and comply it. It sets out the purposes of the entity, the rules of operation of its internal organs, and the rights and obligationsof partners and managers. To prepare the draft statute, we can take as a guide the basic model of the Social Statute that we added in Annex II, adapted to the characteristics and needs that the association requires. However, the most important points to consider are: Designation of the entity Aims and purposes Partners Active members or full members Adhesive member Cadet partners Honorary Members Benefactor partners The adress The governing bodies Heritage Other issues to consider. At the time of projecting the status is important to remember to: a) establish a disciplinary system for members, b) clearly establish the system of election of officers; c) fix a date for closing of the accounting year; d) provide for the form of liquidation and dissolution of the entity To form a civil partnership is required: Minimum of two partners Name of Association (providing five options) Identify a company (either a state or federal entity) Set Purpose (that to which it will devote society, should be lawful, possible and attached to the activities that are planned) Establish how to regulate the Company, (how will convene assemblies, the way these are carried out, the procedure in case of dissolution or liquidation of the company.

What is an enterprise? An enterprise is an economic and social unit, composed of human, material and technical elements, which aims to profit through their participation in the market for goods and services. For this, it makes use of production factors (labor, land and capital). In capitalism or market economy, the company has traditionally consisted of maximization of profit or gain, while in collectivist economies with centralized direction to the company has been to achieve the objectives in a more general plan, in national, regional or local level. So, are there any differences? The society is the legal entity that owns the company, the society is the subject of law, while the company is not subject of law, theories which attempt to unify these concepts are based on the legal person is the technical resource ultimate unifier. But we must not confuse corporate company, as this scenario creates an unsolvable situation when you consider that the company may be subject to legal transactions, but not the society. Initiating the association To begin our association we will need some material and financial resources. It requires certain amounts of resources, which may be optimal or minimal, according to what it is going to be needed. So we need to know what resources are required, and how much it will cost to buy them. Therefore, we will balance the resources we have and that we need.
